[5] Install the new EVAPORATION COVER on top of the AUTOMIXER III PLUS.

[6] Install the new parts on the new REAR PANEL:
• 2 EXHAUST ADAPTERS
• 4 SCREWS
• 4 WASHERS
• 4 LOCK WASHERS
•4 NUTS
[7] Disconnect the existing REAR PANEL from the AUTOMIXER III PLUS.
[8] Remove and discard the REAR PANEL.
[9] Install the new REAR PANEL.
[10] Connect the new REAR PANEL.
[11] Carefully lift the PROCESSOR and place it on top of the AUTOMIXER III PLUS.

[1] Measure and cut EXHAUST DUCTS for the installation.
[2] Connect the EXHAUST DUCTS. Use the new:
• Y-FITTINGS
• DAMPER GATES
[3] Use CLAMPS to fasten the EXHAUST DUCTS at the connections.

Important
• For optimum operation, the AUTOMIXER III PLUS and PROCESSOR must be connected to a system with the
correct negative pressure. A negative pressure of 2.54 mm (0.10 in.) is recommended.
• If you cannot obtain the correct negative pressure, the customer must install an AUXILIARY VENTILATION F AN.
See the SITE SPECIFICATIONS 5B6329.
[1] Check that the negative pressure is correct.

(a) Connect the rubber HOSE from the center CONNECTOR on the AIR METER TL-2431 to the L-TUBE.
(b) Disconnect the EXHAUST DUCT at the PROCESSOR.
(c) Make a 6.4 mm (0.25 in.) hole approximately 30.5 cm (12.0 in.) from the end of the 2 EXHAUST DUCTS
for the AUTOMIXER III PLUS and the EXHAUST DUCT for the PROCESSOR. These DUCTS are
connected to the EXHAUST DUCT for the building.
(d) Insert the L-TUBE into the hole until the end of the TUBE is flush with the inside of the EXHAUST DUCT.
(e) Hold the METER vertically and check that it indicates the correct negative pressure.
(f) If necessary, adjust the DAMPER GATES until the negative pressure is correct and equal for the 3
EXHAUST DUCTS.
(g) Remove the L-TUBE from the EXHAUST DUCT and adhere tape on the remaining holes.
[2] Connect the EXHAUST DUCTS to the AUTOMIXER III PLUS and the PROCESSOR.
