WARRANTY

All Knight controls and pump systems are warranted against defects in material and
workmanship for a period of ONE year. All electronic cont rol boards have a TWO year
warranty. Warranty applies only t o the replacem ent or repair of such part s when returned
to factory with a Knight Return Authorizati on (KRA) num ber, freight prepaid, and found t o
be defective upon factory authori zed inspection. Bearings and pum p seals or rubber and
synthetic rubber parts suc h as “O” rings, diaphragms, squeeze t ubing, and gaskets are
considered expendable and are not covered under warranty. Warranty does not cover
liability resulting from performance of this equipment nor the labor to replace t his equip­ment. Product abuse or misuse voids warranty.

INTRODUCTION

The Relay Retro-Fit kit is des i gned to be mounted with either the Soli d Laundry Converter
or the Solid Rinse Dispenser. It’s function is t o extend the l i fe of the float switch i nside the
system.

INSTALLATION PROCEDURES

Solid Laundry Converter
Mount the relay on the case between the 24v input connector and the s olenoid valve.

Following the wiring schematic overleaf connect the rel ay to the appropriat e points. Once
installed the unit will continue to function as normal.

Solid Rinse Dispenser
Remove the cover from over the solenoid. Following the wiring schematic overleaf

connect the relay to the appropriate points. Once installed the unit will continue to
function as normal.
