Our relentless quest to bring the li ve-performance
sound of Klipsc h into the realm of high-end luxur y
audio dates back almost a decade. It was a journey
that would lead us to every corner of the world in
search of the best materials, finest craft smen
and boldest engineer ing ideas. Setting no timeline
and sparing no expense, we saw to it t hat every
detail was attended to, every innovative idea was
pursued and every expect ation was surpassed.
Time and again, we returned to the drawing board
to push the boundaries of sound, style and
technology as never before.

Finally, after nearly a decade of refus ing to
compromise on any facet or lower our standards
even the slightest degree, we proudly unveil
the Palladium P-39F loudspeaker. Bearing a
sophisticated, modern design, incomparable
craftsmanship and proprietary new horn
technology, Palladium is more than the
ultimate expression of Klipsch sound. It is
the triumph of passion over the impossible.

For more than six dec ades, the Klipsch name
has been synonymous with the powerfully
immersi ve, live-performanc e sound of
horn-loaded speaker s. When Paul W. Klipsch
first discovered that using horn technology
was the ideal way to creat e high-efficiency,
low-distort ion speakers, he established the
four design principles – high eff iciency with
low distort ion, controlled directivi ty, flat
frequency response and wide dyna mic
range – that still ser ve as the foundation
of every Klipsch speaker.

Made with a revolutionary carbon-infused
thermoset composite material and featuring
an unprecedented dual-horn arrangement,
the P-39F represents the latest advancement
in horn technology. Inside the proprietary
tweeter assembly, a uniquely chambered
phase plug and

deliver extended high-frequency response.
A second 90˚x 60˚acoustically dampened
Tractr ix® horn is coupled to the midrange
driver for opt imal performance over midrange
frequencies. The result is a remarkably precise
and detailed window into your music.

New ideas and innovations abound inside the
distinctive curves of the P-39F ’s cabinet walls.
Central to its DNA is a 3.5-way Tapered Array™
design that employs an innovative horn-loaded
tweeter assembly, a sophisticated inverted
dome midrange and three high-output woofers.
Combined, they deliver a stunningly precise
audio experience with high sensit ivity and
extremely lo w distortion.

Featuring no parallel walls and an extensive
internal bracing system, the P-39F’s cabinet
structure ensures minimal cabinet resonance and
maximum acoustic performance. The 27mm side
panels utilize a constrained layer constr uction
with multiple laminations of medium-density
fiberboar d that are molded through a propriet ary
process. They combine with an angled top panel
and a 31mm steel-reinforced front baffle to
form a cabinet enclosure with ideal rigidity,
strengt h and performance attribute s.

For signal purit y and ideal driver integrat ion, an
Optimized Tapered Array 3.5-way crossover
network featuring hig h-grade components
creates a fourth order e lectro-acoust ic filter.

Unlike other high-end audio speakers that rely on
off-the-shelf driver systems, we opted to build every
P-39F driver unit from the ground up. Years of
research, development and testing created an
unconventional configuration that pushes the
P-39F’s driver design beyond the performance
standards of any previous Klipsch driver unit.

The ¾" titanium diaphragm tweeter driver utilizes
two powerful neodymium magnets and a resistively
damped chamber to reduce heat and maintain
full dynamic capability at any volume level. The
midrange’s 4.5" inverted diaphragm driver is
powered by three high-temperature neodymium
magnets that guarantee effortless operation from
500Hz to 3kHz. Finally, three 9" hybrid cone woofers
derive their power from a complex neodymium
magnet structure with dual stabilizing rings.

Working in concert, they deliver optimal performance
with virtually no need for correction in the crossover
network. So you can hear every nuance of your music
without insisting that your neighbors do the same.

Amid the cutting and the sanding, the measuring
and the fitting, this is where a loudspeaker truly
comes to life. Throughout Palladium’s build
process, we afford ourselves no compr omises,
no shortcuts and no e xcuses. Each zebrawood
veneer is hand-selected and stored in a
temperature-controlled room. Every cabinet is
laminated, assembled and sanded by hand
before being L/R paired. Fina lly, all drive units and
networks are hand-sor ted and factory-matched
for ideal performance. We immerse ourselves in
every facet of the P-39F so that you can immerse
yourself in every detail of your music.

The Palladium P-39F is also built on the collective
experience of a gl obal network of partner s. From
our headquarters in Indianapolis, Indiana, we left
no stone unturned in our search for the perfect
speaker. We collaborated with design consultants
in Munich and Los Angeles and worked side by side
with our manufacturing partners in the Chinese cities
of Dongguan and Shenzhen. Finally, we teamed up
with the build specialists at our factory in Hope,
Arkansas, to put the finishing touches on the P- 39F.
At each stage, our engineers and project leader s
were on hand to make sure that the materials,
crafts manship and performance all met our
uncompromising standards.

The P-39F’s dramatic styling was born out
of a unique partnership with BMW Group
DesignworksUSA. Known for their acclaimed
automotive, transportation and product design,
they’ve developed designs for numerous other
premium brands. By factoring in modern home
interior and furniture trends, BMW Group
DesignworksUSA was able to create a true
signature look that flawlessly blends classic
Klipsch audio with a clean, contemporary
sensibility that enhances any living space.
