However, to utilize all of the built-in features of the signalMinder, following
steps are needed.
Finally, for bikes with a SINGLE handlebar switch requiring Push-to-Cancel
to bring the switch back to neutral, next step is needed.

Locate right & left turn signal wires and brake
wire of the bike and tap into them with Scotchlock
T-Tap connectors supplied.

This step will enable:
n Running Lights – front and rear
o 4-Way emergency flash and Escort mode flash
p Brake override and Brake flash feature
Remove the turn signal switch from the
handlebar and install either metal springs or
foam plugs so that it returns to neutral.
(Refer to pages 27 – 30)
This step of modifying the handlebar switch
transforms the bike to a fully automatic turn
signal cancellation system.
