800.000.800.00 Tractor Assembly 813001
Step 1a. Connect the plastic tie rod (001.000.013.80) to bottom front of the tractor main body as
shown in the picture.
Step 1b. Turn the tie rod (001.000.013.80) clockwise to lock it in place.
Step 1c. Slide the washer (052.210.520.00) and plastic bushing (386.011.001.80) onto the metal
steering rod (386.016.002.00). Insert the metal steering rod through the open slot in the
plastic tie rod (001.000.013.80) and into hole in the bottom of the tractor main body.
Step 1d. Push the metal steering rod (386.016.002.00) all the way through the tractor main body
until the curved end of the steering rod inserts into the other open slot in the plastic tie
rod (001.000.013.80).
Step 1e. At the top of the steering rod (386.016.002.00) slide on one plastic washer
(286.017.002.80) and the plastic spacer (201.011.001.80).
Step 2a. Insert the steering wheel cap (212.000.124.80) into the steering wheel (212.000.015.80).
Step 2b. Slide the plastic horn bellow (545.015.002.80) onto the steering rod (386.016.002.80) and
over the other spacer sleeve (201.011.001.80) and washer (286.017.002.80). Attach the
steering wheel (212.000.015.80) to the metal steering rod.
Step 2c. Line up the holes in the steering wheel (212.000.15.80) with the holes in the metal
steering rod (386.016.002.00). Slide the m5x30 bolt through the steering wheel and
steering rod and then attach the m5 locking washer and m5 nut onto the end of the bolt.
Step 2d. Tighten the m5x30 bolt and m5 nut using a screw driver and wrench.
Step 3a. Insert one of the front wheel push nuts (100.200.100.00) into one of the plastic tools
provided.
Step 3b. Tap the push nut (100.200.100.00) onto the end of the front wheel axle (001.000.010.00)
using a mallet/hammer and the plastic tool.
Step 3c. Slide one of the front wheel covers (286.000.022.13) onto the front wheel axle
(001.000.010.00). Next, slide one of the front wheels (555.000.004.80) onto the front
wheel axle. Then slide the front wheel axle through the holes in the plastic tie rod
(001.000.013.80).
Step 3d. Place the tractor on its side with the connected wheel facing down. Attach one of the
plastic tools to the push nut on the wheel.
Step 3e. Slide the other front wheel (555.000.004.80) onto the front wheel axle (001.000.010.00)
followed by the other wheel cover (286.000.022.13).
Step 3f. Insert the remaining push nut (100.200.100.00) into the other plastic tool.
Step 3g. Tap the push nut (100.200.100.00) onto the front wheel axle (001.000.010.00) using the
plastic tool and a mallet/hammer.
Step 4a. Press the roll bar (001.000.103.80) firmly into the seat (001.000.058.13) to ensure it
snaps into place.
Step 4b. Attach the roll bar (001.000.103.80) to the back of the seat (001.000.058.13) using the
m4x17 screws.
Step 4c. Position the seat (001.000.058.13) onto the main body so that the holes in the seat line up
with the holes in the main body.
Step 4d. Using a screw driver screw the m5x40 screws through the seat (001.000.058.13) and into
the main body.
Step 5a. Attach the hood (001.000.109.13) to the front of the tractor.
Step 5b. DOES NOT APPLY TO THIS MODEL TRACTOR
Step 5c. Insert the hitch pin (286.000.006.80) to the hitch on the back of the tractor. Note: If you
are using the backhoe this pin is not needed.
