Question: How does a rechargeable battery work?

Answer: In order to recharge your device and ensure the RAVPower is turned on, connect the AC adapter and press the charge button on your device.

Question: My device will not turn on, any solutions?

Answer: If your device does not turn on then check the power source to make sure it connects properly; also check to make sure the HOLD switch is off. If you are using batteries: Then please ensure the batteries are charged.

Question: Can I use any batteries for this devise?

Answer: Only the rechargeable batteries that were given to you with the device can be used or size AA alkaline dry batteries.

Question: How long does the battery last?

Answer: Five hours of minimal resource use, one hour of high resource use and 2 hours of resource use if using a rechargeable battery.

Question: How to playback a CD?

Answer: If you want to playback a cd then the lid must be opened and the disc placed inside of the player sticker-side up followed by closing the lid and pressing play/pause.

Question: My sounds are skipping, what can I do to stop it?

Answer: Make sure your device is placed on a flat surface away from any vibrations if sounds are still skipping: then clean the laser lens and the disc.
