Using Reheat
Example for 2 dinner plates:
1. Touch “Reheat.”
2. Touch “Dinner Plates.”
4. Touch “Start.”
Using Ultra Defrost
Example for 1 lb ground beef:
1. Touch “Ultra Defrost.”
2. Touch “Meat.”
3. Turn dial to enter weight, “1.0 pounds.”
4. Touch “Doneness” to adjust doneness level, if desired, or Touch “Start.”
Using Exhaust Fan
1. Press fan button.
2. Touch “+” or “-” on the display screen, or turn dial to select fan speed.
3. Press fan button twice to turn fan off (or once if Fan screen is active).
Using Cooktop/Countertop Light
1. Press light button.
2. Touch “+” or “-” on the display screen, or turn dial to select brightness level.
3. Press light button twice to turn light off (or once if light screen is active).
Using Child Lock
1. Touch “More Choices.”
2. Touch “Options.”
3. Touch “Child Lock.”
4. Touch “On/Off” to set lock.
5. Touch “Finished.” Padlock icon will appear in upper, left-hand corner of display.
Using Options
1. Touch “More Choices.”
2. Touch “Options.”
3. Select option category.
4. Choose settings.
Options Settings
Child Lock On or Off Night Light On or Off. Set Light Level Volume Off to Max Display Contrast Min to Max Hints Cleaning, Food, Power, Methods or

Learning Mode On or Off Demo Mode On Exhaust/ Check/change exhaust setting.

instructions.
Setting Exhaust Venting
The exhaust venting needs to be set when power is first supplied to the oven. See “Exhaust Ventilation” in your Use & Care Guide.
Using Clock
To set:
1. Touch CLOCK pad.
2. Follow directions on display screen.
To hide clock:
1. Touch CLOCK pad.
2. Touch STOP/CLEAR pad. “Home” will be displayed.
To display clock:
1. Touch CLOCK pad.
2. Touch “Finished” or START pad.
Using Kitchen Timer
1. Touch KITCHEN TIMER pad.
2. Turn dial to enter desired time.
3. Touch “Start.”
Using Cook Time/Power
1. Touch COOK TIME/POWER pad.
2. Turn dial to set cook time.
3. Touch “Power,” then turn dial to set power level, if other than 100%.
4. Touch “Start.”

Example for bone-in chicken pieces, 11⁄2 lbs:
