
FIREBOX BOTTOM PANEL REPLACEMENT INSTRUCTIONS
FOR GRILL 16154, 23683
If the firebox bottom panel is rusted out and needs replacement, please follow following steps
for replacement.

Place the grill on a flat, level surface. Open
the lid and remove warming rack, grids and
heat tents. Remove the doors from the
cabinet. (Fig.l)
,
Remove the ignition wires from the igniter
in the cabinet. Then, disassemble the
control panel. (Fig.2)(Fig.3)

3. Remove the rivets on the front and back of
the drip tray with a drill. (Fig.4)(Fig.5)

Remove the screws located at the right and
left side of the firebox which connect the
bottom panel to the firebox. Two screws at
each side. (Fig.6)
,
Slide out the old bottom panel from the fire .........
box, then replace it with a new one. Fasten
the new panel to the fire box by using the
screws provided. (Fig.7)
,
After all above steps complete, reassemble
the control box, re-connect the ignition
wires to the igniter. Return heat tents,
grates, warming rack to its original location,
then re-install the doors to the grill.
