STANDARD SPECIFICATIONS FOR MODEL 5156
Model 5156 Electrometer Calibration Standard: The 5156 calibration unit, when used with a
voltage/current calibrator, allows you to calibrate
the 6517A Electrometer/High Resistance Meter
completely. The 5156 contains all the necessary
characterized resistance and capacitance standards
to calibrate the 20pA–2µA current ranges, and the
2nC–2µC charge ranges.
