GENERAL DESCRIPTION

Juice Goose produces the RC5 accessory line as an economical option for power sequencing
remote control. Any RC5 operates any Juice Goose CQ Series
power sequencer. The RC5-KP comes in two versions. Both have
three push button control to operate a CQ Series power
sequencer.

RC5-KP (Convenient)

This is a good product for installation where unauthorized
operation of the sound system is not a concern - such as within a
locked control room. Pushing the top button on the RC5-KP
twice sequences a connected CQ product up. Pushing the bottom
button twice sequences it down. Pushing the middle button twice
pauses the sequencing process until the top or bottom button is
again pushed twice.

RC5-KPS (Secure)

The RC5-KPS provides secure access to the CQ Series power
sequencing control features. The system functions when the operator enters a four digit code
using the three push buttons on the RC5-KPS. Entering that code will sequence the system up if it
is down or sequence it down if it is up. The code can be changed from the factory preset. LEDs on
the front of either RC5-KP indicate sequence up or down completion.

The RC5-KP connects to a CQ Series product with RJ45 cable. It requires no additional power
supply.
