Manufacturer’s Warranty (1 year)
J-Tech Digital Inc warrants the jtech-wex-22 to be free
from defects in workmanship and materials, under
normal use and service for a period of 1 year from the
date of purchase from J-Tech Digital Inc or one of it’s
authorized resellers.
If the product does not operate as warranted during the
applicable warranty period, J-Tech Digital Inc shall, at
it’s option and expense, execute one of the following as
necessary:
1. repair the defective product or part
2. Deliver to customer an equivalent product or part
to replace the defective item
All products that are replaced become the property of
j-tech Digital Inc. Replacement products may be new or
reconditioned. Repaired or replaced products are
covered for the remainder of the warranty period.

Introduction
Thank you for purchasing the JTECH-WEX-22 wireless HDMI
extender set. The JTECH-WEX-22 enables wireless video
transmission from any HDMI source to your display device
via the 2.4GHz or 5GHz wireless band. The JTECH-WEX-22 is a
great solution for various applications such as home
entertainment, office or conference room presentations
as well as the education, medical and retail industries.

• All safety instructions should be read and understood before the unit is
operated. Please retain user manual and safety instructions for future
reference.
• Unplug unit from wall outlet before cleaning. Do not use liquid or aerosol
cleaners. Use a damp cloth only.
• Keep away from wet, magnetic and flammable surfaces or substances.
• Always use the correct power supply (provided) when operating this unit.

Installation & Troubleshooting
Installation
1) Connect an hdmi cable to the hdmi input port of the
transmitter and hdmi output port of the source
device
2) Connect an hdmi cable to the hdmi output port of
the receiver and hdmi input port of the display
3) Connect the provided 5vdc 2a power adapters to the
power adapter port of the transmitter and receiver
4) *Optional ir function—connect the ir tx cable to the
HDMI transmitter, connect the IR RX cable to the HDMI
receiver. Place ir tx emitter bulb directly in front of
source device’s infrared eye
Troubleshooting
1) Intermittent signal— adjust the frequency using the
up and down buttons on the front of the
transmitter and receiver
2) No video signal—ensure all hdmi cables are working
and seated correctly in each hdmi port and are
making solid contact
3) No status leds—ensure provided power adapter is
plugged into a working power outlet and is
connected to the power adapter port firmly
