Volume control
Rotate the volume dial to increase or decrease the
volume. The speaker will beep when it reaches
maximum volume.

or is available for new connections. Enable Bluetooth on
your audio device and select “JLPWS02” from the list.
The LED indicator will show as solid blue once it has
connected.

The battery indicator LED shows the battery level.
Double-click the power button to view the display. The
indicator will turn off automatically after 30 seconds. A
warning will sound when the battery is low.

Charge an external device
Press and hold for 3 seconds to disconnect the
Bluetooth connection.
Hands-free phone calls
The unit allows you to take hands-free calls. Press the
“receive call” button to answer a call, or the “end call”
button to decline it.

This speaker is equipped with a USB 5V/1A output to
charge external devices. Charge your mobile phone or
another device by connecting via a corresponding USB
cable.
Aux playback mode
Insert a 3.5mm cable into the Aux-in socket. The speaker
will automatically switch to Aux-in mode.
Power saving
This feature ensures the lowest possible energy use to
protect the internal battery. The speaker switches to
power-saving mode when it has been idle for more than
15 minutes. Press the volume button once to wake the
speaker.

Troubleshooting
- Use a dry cloth to clean the speaker.
- Do not expose the speaker to extremely high
or low temperatures. This may damage the internal
circuitry and the rechargeable battery.
- Do not use alcohol, benzine, or thinners
to clean the cabinet.
- Do not use or leave the speaker in a car.
- Do not use the speaker in a sauna.
If you experience problems with your speaker, try these
tips:
- Ensure the speaker is switched on.
- Check the status indicators.
- Ensure that your mobile device
supports Bluetooth technology.
- Charge the battery.
- Increase the volume of your speaker,
device and music app.
- Move your device closer to the speaker and away
from any interference or obstruction.
- Try connecting another device.
If this does not resolve your issue, see the table below
to identify common problems and their solutions.

Battery may be in protection mode
or discharged. Connect your speaker
to a wall charger or computer that is
powered on.

On your device:
– Disable and then enable the Bluetooth feature.
– Delete your speaker from the Bluetooth list on your device. Reconnect.
– Connect a different device.
– Disconnect speaker pairing list.

No soundSwitch the speaker off and then on
again to check the voice prompt.
Use a different music source.
Connect a different mobile device.
Move the devices within range of the
speaker (30ft or 9m).
Speaker is
not charging
- Make sure the connector on the
cable is correctly aligned with the
connector on the speaker.
- Try another charging source.
- Check both ends of the USB cable.
- If your speaker has been exposed
to high or low temperatures, let it
return to room temperature before
attempting charging.
Microphone
is not picking
up sound
- Make sure the microphone opening
on the top of the speaker is not
blocked.
- Try another phone call.
- Try another compatible device.
