Alpha Bedstead
This product is HEAVY. It should be assembled as near as possible to the point of use. TAKE CARE
WHEN LIFTING
to avoid personal injury and (or) damage to the product.
Keep the support legs 5mm above the ground.

Step by step assembly instructions
Step One
Attach the Side Rails (3) to the Headboard (1) and Footboard (2) using Washer (A)
Repeat this for all 4 corners.
Step Two
and JCBC M6 x 25 mm Bolt (B). Tighten using Allen Key (H) as shown in the diagram below.
Place the Cross Bars (5) onto the Side Rails (3) and secure using JCBC M6 x 25 mm Bolt (B) and M6 JCN Nut (D). Tighten using Allen Key (H) as shown below.

Step Three
Ensuring the holes along the Centre Rail (7) are facing upwards, attach to the underside of the Cross Bars (5) using M6 x 30 mm Bolt (C) and M6 Nut (D). Screw the Adjuster (E) fully into the bottom of the Supporting Legs (6). Attach the Supporting Legs (6) into the pre-drilled holes on the underside of the Centre Rail (7) using M6 x 30 mm Bolt (C) as shown in the below diagram.
Note: ,ylthgils )E( retsujdA eht wercsnu ,ecalp ni deruces era )6( sgeL gnitroppuS eht ecnO ensuring there is a 5mm gap between the Adjuster (E) and hard point of the floor.
Starting at the Headboard (1), attach the Centre Plastic Holders (F) into the holes along the Centre Rail (7). Ensuring the Wooden Slats (4) are facing curved side up, place a Side Plastic Holder (G) onto the end of the Wooden Slats (4). Insert the other end into the Centre Plastic Holder (F) then push the end with the Side Plastic Holder (G) into the pre-drilled holes along the Side Rails (3). Repeat this process for all the Wooden Slats (4).

Care and Maintenance

This bedstead should be cleaned using a soft damp cloth and dried immediately. Do not use a very wet cloth or allow any liquid contact for a long period of time as this can permanently damage the surface.
Do not use abrasive cleaner or harsh detergents as this can damage the surface. Do not drag any object across the bed as this can cause permanent damage.
Safety Instructions
Never drag furniture when moving it. Always lift it.
Periodically check all fixings to ensure none have come loose and re-tighten where necessary.
Please take care when handling or moving the furniture as careless handling may cause damage or injury. Furniture can be dangerous if incorrectly installed. Assembly should be carried out by a competent adult. No liability will be accepted for damage or injury caused by incorrectly installed or assembled furniture. During assembly children should be kept away from the product due to possible risk of injury.
Do not use this item if any components are missing or damaged.
This product complies with BS 1725:1998.
It is recommended that before moving heavy objects to a new location they are completely dis-assembled to avoid personal injury or damage to the furniture. Please be careful to retain all fittings when doing this.
