ASXC Series
Angular Accelerometer
The Jewell ASXC Series Fluid Rotor Angular Accelerometer is a force balance servo
accelerometer that uses a fluid-filled ring chamber to measure angular
acceleration. The ASXC is currently used in a wide variety of applications including
many military and aviation flight controls including autopilot or aircraft stability and
control systems or satellite stability.
The ASXC Angular Accelerometers are available in several
standard Input Ranges from 1 to 100 rad/sec2. They operate
with an Input Voltage of +15 VDC and Input Current of 25 mA,
and have an Operating Temperature range of approximately
–30 to 70 degrees Celsius.
The ASXC Angular Accelerometers are designed to be small
and lightweight, are extremely repeatable, and offer a very
high output with excellent accuracy and stability.
