greasein oldductworkshouldbecleanedoutorductworkshouldbereplacedif necessaryto avoidthepossibilityof agreasefire.Checkalljointson ductworkto insureproperconnection
andalljoints shouldbeproperlytaped.
Operations Readall instructionsin this manualbeforeoperatingtheappliance.Savetheseinstructionsfor
futurereference. Alwaysleavesafetygrillsand filtersin place.Withoutthesecomponents,operatingblowers
couldcatchonto hair,fingersandlooseclothing. NEVERdisposecigaretteashes,ignitablesubstances,oranyforeignobjectsintoblowers.
NEVERleavecookingunattended.Whenfrying,oilin thepancaneasilyoverheatandcatchfire. Theriskof selfcombustionis higherwhentheoil hasbeenusedseveraltimes.
Cleaning Thesaturationof greasyresidueinthe blowerandfiltersmaycauseincreasedflammability.
Keepunitcleanandfreeof greaseandresiduebuild-upat alltimestopreventpossiblefires. Filtersmustbecleanedperiodicallyandfreefromaccumulationof cookingresidue(seeclean-
inginstructionsinside).Oldandwornfiltersmustbereplacedimmediately.Donotoperateblow- erswhen filtersareremoved.Neverdisassemblepartsto cleanwithoutproperinstructions.
