Edit Program
This option al lows you to edit or cre ate a program.
First , you must s elect the pro gram to edit and th en modif y the points that m ake up the progra m.
Each progra m is composed of 9 points, each po int consisti ng of 3 parameter s:
1. Time (seconds)
2. Temperature (°C / °F)
3. Flow rate (%)
You can delete the last po int of the progra m by selecting “-----” in the ti me parameter.
It should be ta ken into account th at the regulation range per mitted by the station is 150-450°C,
whereby it is n ot possible to cre ate temperature r amps betwee n room temper ature (Toff) an d
150°C.
The station c an store up to 25 temperatu re programs.
The first th ree programs are edited by JBC as a n example.

MVE Changing the pump filters
- Clean the ca sing with a dam p cloth. Make sure to use a s oft cloth when cleanin g the front.
- Periodica lly check a ll cable and tu be connections.
- Keep filter s clean to ensure proper sold er suction an d replace the m when nece ssary.
Desoldering process
Use a tip with a larger diameter than the pad to achieve maximum a spiration an d thermal ef ficien cy.

hole.
After pressing the desoldering key there is a slight delay until the self-co ntained vacuum pump
stops. This make s sure that the vacuu m circu it is complete ly empt y. If a ny sold er rem ains a re lef t
on a terminal af ter desolde ring it, resold er it with fresh s older and rep eat the desold ering opera tion.

DO NOT pre ss the va cuum pump button while tinning the desolderi ng tip, as the fumes given
off by the flux would quickly block the du cts and the air filter.

The JBC Exclusive Heating System
Our revolutio nary tech nology is ab le to recover tip temp erature extre mely quick ly. It means the use r
can work at a lower temperature and improve the qua lity of solde ring. The tip tem perature is fu rther
reduced tha nks to the Sleep a nd Hibernat ion modes wh ich increas e the tip life by 5.

Safety
- Do not use the uni ts for any purpo se other than soldering or rework. Incorre ct use may caus e fire.
- The power cord must be plugged into approved bases. Be sure that it is properly grounded
before use. When unplugging it, hol d the plug, not the wi re.
- Do not work on ele ctrically l ive parts.
- The tool should be placed in the stand when n ot in use in order to ac tivate the sleep mode.
The soldering ti p, the metal part of the tool and the sta nd may still be hot eve n when the stati on is

Esta opción l e permite crea r o editar un programa. Sel eccione un n úmero de prog rama a editar y
modifiqu e los puntos en fu nción de sus ne cesidades de trabajo. Cad a programa se c ompone de 9
puntos y cada punto consiste en 3 parámetros:
1. Tiempo (segundos)
2. Temperatura (°C / °F )
3. Caudal de Aire (%)
Puede borr ar el último pu nto del program a seleccio nando “-----” en el pará metro Tiemp o.
Tenga en cuenta que e l rango de tempe ratura perm itido por la es tación es 150- 450°C, por l o que
no es posibl e crear rampa s de temperatu ra entre la tempe ratura ambie nte y los 150°C.
La estació n puede alma cenar hast a 25 programas de tempe ratura. Los pri meros 3 progra mas
que muestra l a estación ha n sido edita dos por JBC a mod o de ejemplo.

Seguridad
- No utilice el e quipo para otro s fines que no sea la soldad ura o reparaci ón. El uso incor recto
puede causar f uego.
- El cable de red debe enchufarse en bases homologadas. Asegúrese de que está conectado a
tierra correctamente antes de su uso. Al retirarlo, tire del conector, no del cable.
- No trabaje con tensión.
- La herramienta debe permanecer en el soporte mientras no está en uso con el fin de activar el modo
de Sleep o Hibernación. El cartucho y las partes metálicas de la herramienta o del soporte pueden
estar calientes incluso cuando con la estación apagada. Manipule con cuidado, incluso cuando se
ajusta la posición del soporte.
- No deje el aparato desatendido cuando está en funcionamiento.
- No cubra las rejillas de ventilación. El calor puede causar que los productos inflamables se enciendan.
- Utilice flux clasificado como “non residue”. Evite el contacto con la piel y ojos para que no se irriten.

- Mantenga su lu gar de trabaj o limpio y orde nado. Use gafas y gu antes de protecc ión adecuad os.
