INTRODUCTION

Thank you for purchasing the i-tec Thunderbolt™ 3 D ual DP Adapter that will
allow you to easily connect two monitors, TV or projector with Display Por t
inter face to a notebook, a tablet, a PC or a smartphone with Thunderbolt™

3 port. It is possible to connect two monitors with 4K@60Hz resolution or
one monitor with 5K@60Hz resolution with Display Port. This product ideal

for travelling thanks to its compact size, light weight and no need to use the
external power adapter.

Once connected, the drivers will be installed automatically from the system.

NOTICE!

Before installing , make sure that the latest drivers and updated BIOS are
installed on your sys tem.

CONNECTING A DISPLAY PORT MONITOR

The adapter is equipped with 2x 4K@60Hz Display Port for connecting one

or two ex ternal monitors or a projector with Display Por t interface. Advanced
plasma and LCD monitors and T Vs can be used as an imaging equipment.

Graphics chip that is „ the heart “ of the adapter supports up to 5K (Ultra HD)

resolution 5120x2880@60Hz when using only one monitor (connected with
two DP cables). Use only high-quality Display Port cables for connecting the
monitor to the adapter. During the additional monitor installation, the screen

of the laptop Mac , tablet or PC can icker, but this is normal.

Most problems with the adapter and connected devices can be solved by
disconnecting the adapter’s Thunderbolt™ 3 cable from t he Thunde rbolt™ 3 por t
on PC, Mac, smartph one or tablet a nd reconnecting it after approx imately 10 s.

SAFETY INSTRUCTIONS

• Do not expose to extreme temperatures and air humidit y.

• Use the device on at surfaces – you will prevent it from slipping and

falling to the ground.

• Save the user manual for a possible use later.

In coop eration with the ser vice depar tment:

• Check functionality after falling to water or to the ground.

• Check functionality when the cover is broken.

• Send th e device back if it does not work in accordance with the user
manual.

mit Thunderbolt™ 3 über Port bis zu zwei Bildschirmen, TV oder Projektoren
mit Dis play Port e infach und s chnell an zuschlie ßen, d.h. b ietet den An schluss

von zwei Bildschirmen 4K@6 0Hz oder einem Bildschir m 5K@60Hz mit

Display Port an. Dank kompakter Maße, niedrigem Gewicht und Verwendung
ohne Versorgungsadapter ist er auch für unterwegs geeignet.

ANSCHLUSS VON DISPLAY PORT BILDSCHIRM

Der Adapte r wird durch 2x 4K@60Hz Display Port für den Anschluss von einem

oder z wei extern en Bildsch irmen ode r Projekto r mit Display P ort Schn ittstelle
ausgestattet. Als Abbildungsgerät können moderne Plasma- oder LCD

Bildschirme und Fernseher genutzt werden. Der grasche Chipsatz, der
„das Herz“ des Adapters darstellt, unterstützt bis zu 5K (Ultra HD) Auösung

5120x2880@60Hz bei Verwendung nur eines Bildschirms (Verbindung mit

Bildschirmen wird durch zwei DP Kabeln durchgeführt). Zum Anschluss des
Bildschirms sind hochwertige Display Port Kabeln zu ver wenden. Während

der Installation eines zusätzlichen Bildschirms kann das Display von
Notebook, Mac, Table t oder PC blinzeln, was ein Standardzustand ist.

Der überwiegende Teil von Problemen mit Adapter und angeschlossenen
Peripherien kann durch Abschalten von Thunderbolt™ 3 Kabel Adapter
vom Thunderbolt™ 3 Port von PC, Mac, Smartphone oder Tablet und seinen
wiederholten Anschluss nach etwa 10 Sek. gelöst werden.

SICHERHEITSHINWEISE

• Setzen Sie das Gerät keine n extremen Temperaturen und Feuchtigkeit aus.

• Verwenden Sie das Gerät auf ache m Untergrund, um zu verhindern, dass
es rutscht und auf den Boden fällt.

• Bewahren Sie das Hand buch zur späte ren Verwendung auf.

Thunderbolt™ 3 qui vous permet, par exemple, de connecter rapidement et
facilement à un ordinateur portable, tablette PC, téléphone intelligent à l’aide
du Thunderbolt™ 3 jusqu’à à deux moniteurs, TV ou projec teur avec HDM,

permet la connexion de 2 moniteurs 4K@6 0Hz ou un moniteur 5K@60Hz . En

raison de ses di mensions compac tes, de son fai ble poids et de son utilisati on
ne nécessitant pas d ’adaptateur secteur, il convient également pour une
utilisation lors de voyages.

AVERTISSEMENT!

Assurez-vous, avant l’installation, d'avoir le dernier pilote pour votre appareil
et un BIOS mis à jour sur votre systè me.

CONNECTER LE MONITEUR DISPLAY PORT

L'adaptateur est équipé de 2 ports Display Port 4K @60Hz permettant de

connecter un ou deux moniteurs externes ou un projecteur possédant une

inter face Display Port. Vous pouvez utiliser, comme dispositifs d’achage,

des moniteurs et téléviseurs plasma et LCD modernes. La puce graphique,
qui est l e "cœur" de l 'adaptateu r, prend en ch arge une réso lution alla nt jusqu'à

5K (Ultra HD) de 5120x2880 @60Hz avec un seul moniteur (deux câbles DP
connectés au moniteur). Utilisez des câbles Display Port de haute qualité an

de connecter le moniteur à l 'adaptateur. Pendant l'installation d'un moniteur
en option, l'écran de votre ordinateur portable, Mac, tablette ou PC peut
scintiller, ce qui est un état normal.

La majeure partie des problèmes avec l'adaptateur et les périphériques
connectés peuvent être résolu en débranchant du PC, MAC, smartphone
ou tablette, le câble Thunderbolt™ 3 de l'adaptateur Thunderbolt™ 3 et en le
reconnectant après environ 10 secondes.

INSTRUCTIONS DE SÛRETÉ

• Ne pas exposer aux températures ex trêmes ni à l’humidité d’air.

• Veuillez utiliser, s’il vous plaît, des dessous (fonds) plats pour y poser le
dispositif – pour éviter son glissement et tombée à terre.

• Pour vérier le bon et correct fonctionnement du dispositif après une
