Functions:
Pre-filter – Removes large airborne particles such as hair, dust and pet
dander. Also helps to enhance the durability and performance of other filters. Electrostatic Precipitator (ESP) – An electrostatic dust collector that uses an electrostatic field to charge and absorb airborne particles larger than 0.01 microns. It traps heavy metals that may cause cancer such as lead and cadmium, while killing bacteria and eliminating infectious diseases. Activated carbon filter – Consists of a vast system of pores that are highly adsorbent and bonds to odorous, gaseous such as formaldehyde, benzene, ammonia, VOCs (Volatile Organic Compounds) and liquid contaminants. Photocatalytic filter – Breaks down harmful pollutants including bacteria and VOCs (Volatile Organic Compounds) such as formaldehyde, ammonia and other common contaminants released by building materials and household cleaners generally found in the home. Built-in ioniser - Revitalises the air by releasing negative ions in just the right concentration to keep the air fresh. 254nm UV lamp - Uses just the right amount of energy to break down organic molecular bonds. Kills micro-organisms such as germs, viruses, bacteria, fungi and mould.
