2.5RadioFrequencyInterference

ServiceInterval
Atnormaldailyoperation,aservicecheck-upshouldtakeplaceeveryyear,accordingto
theSafetyInspectionChecklistintheServiceManual.Whenperformingannualorregular
maintenance,allpartsdesignedtocarryloadmustbe,asaminimum,testedwithload.All
safetyfeaturesmustbecheckedaccordingtoENISO10535:2006AnnexB.Thisinspection
mustbeperformedbyacertifiedtechnician.
LOLERStatement
TheUKHealthandSafetyExecutive’sLiftingOperationsandLiftingEquipmentRegulations
1998,requireanyequipmentthatisusedintheworkplacetoliftaloadbesubjectto
safetyinspectiononasixmonthlybasis.PleaserefertotheHSEwebsiteforguidance

Thehoistisdesignedtoprovideasafe,efficientandsatisfactoryservicewithminimumcare
andmaintenance.
Itisimportanttoinspectslings,hangerbar,carabinerandliftingstrapforsignsofcracking,
fraying,deformationordeterioration.Ifdamageisfound,DONOTuse.Contactyour
InvacaredealerIMMEDIATELY.
Ifyouquestionthesafetyofanypartofthelift,contactyourInvacaredealerimmediatelyand
advisehim/herofyourproblem.
Replacementofpartsmustonlybeperformedbyacertifiedtechnician.
