General information
Reading and storing the user manual
This user manual accompanies this dinoland play centre (hereafter
referred to as the “pool”). It contains important information about set-up
and handling.
Before setting up and using the pool, read the user manual carefully. This
particularly applies to the safety instructions. Failure to heed this user manual may
result in severe injury, or damage to the pool.
The user manual is based on the standards and rules in force in the European Union.
When abroad, you must also observe country-specific guidelines and laws.
Store the user manual for future use. If you pass the pool on to third parties, please be
absolutely sure to include this user manual.
Explanation of symbols
The following symbols and signal words are used in this user manual, on the pool, or
on the packaging.

The manufacturer or vendor accepts no liability for damage caused by improper or
incorrect use.

Risk of drowning!
Children could drown in the pool, even if it is filled with a small
amount of water.
− Never leave your child unsupervised. Children may only use
the pool if they are under immediate adult supervision. Also
supervise children who are near the pool.
− Children under 3 years of age must not use the pool.
− Children could drown in the pool, even if it is filled with a small
amount of water. Empty the pool when it is not in use.
− Never leave the pool unattended when it has been filled with
water, even if it is covered over.
− Make sure that unsupervised children cannot access the pool.
− Do not use the pool on water.
− Do not use the dinosaur figure, the sea snake and the
inflatable rings as floatation aids. The sea snake must only be
used with the pool.
− Always stay within reach, so that you can react immediately if a
child slips.
− Make sure that children do not get their heads caught under
the slide or any other inflatable parts.
− If you are looking for a child, check the pool first, even if it is
likely that the child is in the house.
− Move tables, chairs and other furniture away from the pool, so
that children cannot jump off it and into the water.

Danger for children and persons with impaired physical,
sensory or mental capacities (e.g. partially disabled persons,
older persons with reduced physical and mental capacities) or
lack of experience and knowledge (e.g. older children).

− This pool can be used by children ages three and over as
well as by persons with impaired physical, sensory or mental
capacities or those lacking experience and knowledge if they
are supervised.
− Cleaning and user maintenance must not be performed by
unsupervised children.
WARNING!
Risk of injury!
Handling the pool improperly may result in serious injury, a broken
neck, paralysis, and even death.
− Make sure that children never dive or jump into the shallow
water.
− The pool must not be set up on concrete, asphalt, or any other
hard surface.
− Make sure that children always use the slide in a sitting
position, and not head-first or backwards.
− Make sure that children are holding on when they step onto
the slide.
− Do not exceed the slide’s load bearing capacity of 50kg.
− Make sure that children do not trap their heads under the pool,
even if it is not inflated.
− Changes or repairs to the pool may only be performed
according to the instructions of the manufacturer.
− The pool may only be set up and taken down by adults.
− Keep the pool away from children when setting it up and
taking it down.
− Do not set up the pool if it is windy. Otherwise, the pool could
tip over.
− Keep electrical cables, radios, loudspeakers, and other
electrical devices away from the pool. Do not set the pool up
near to or under high-voltage transmission lines.

Health hazard!
Germs and bacteria in the water can pose a risk to health.
− Only use clean water.
− Change the water in the pool regularly, especially in hot
weather; however, no later than once the water has become
dirty.
− Do not swallow the water from the pool. Make sure that
children do not swallow the water from the pool.
− Clean the pool after each use.

Risk of damage!
If you load an inflatable wall or use sharp objects, the pool could
be damaged.
− Do not fill the pool with water past the MAX. mark.
− Adults and children must not sit or stand on the side wall or
load it in any other way.
− Take sharp-edged objects like jewellery, watches, clasps, keys,
footwear, etc., off before stepping into the pool.
− The pool is subject to wear. Check it for damage before each
use.
− Keep the pool away from fire and heat sources.
− Only use the sea snake with a correctly attached water hose.

Checking the pool and the package contents
NOTICE!
Risk of damage!
If you are not cautious when opening the packaging, you may
damage the pool.
− Be very careful when opening the packaging.
1. Take the pool out of the packaging.
2. Check whether the delivery is complete (see Fig.A and B).
3. Check whether the pool or the individual parts exhibit damages. If this is the case,
do not use the pool. Contact the manufacturer at the service address specified on
the back side.
Setting up the pool
WARNING!
Risk of injury!
If you set up the pool in an unsuitable location, you could injure
yourself, or the pool could be damaged.
− Do not set up the pool on concrete, asphalt or other hard
surfaces.
− Do not set up the pool on soft or loose ground like sand or mud.
− Avoid hard grass types, which may damage the pool.
− Do not set up the pool on patios, balconies or platforms.
− Make sure there is at least 2m of space between the pool and
structures or other obstacles such as fences, garages, houses,
branches or electrical lines.
− If possible, find a location that is protected against direct
exposure to sunlight, so that the pool and the water are not
unnecessarily heated.

Handling the pool improperly could damage it.
− Never inflate the air chambers so that they are excessively firm;
instead only inflate them until the surface is firm.
− Never use an air compressor to inflate the pool.
− Do not pull the inflated pool over the ground.
− Set up the pool in the location where you would like to use it.
− Do not inflate the pool at low temperatures.
To set up the pool, proceed as follows:
1. Spread the pool out on level ground, which is not too hard, with the bottom side
facing downwards. Make sure that the distance between the pool and other
objects is at least 2 m.
2. Close the outer ring valve
(see Fig. C).
3. Remove the small plug from the outer ring valve, insert a hand pump into it, and
pump up the outer ring.
4. Push the small plug firmly back into the outer ring valve.
5. Open the other air chamber valves

6. Close all valves by pushing the plugs down firmly once the air chambers have
been inflated to the desired extent.
If necessary, let some air escape from the air chambers if the pool loses its proper
shape.

Improper handling of the pool may result in damage.
− Do not use any aggressive cleaners, brushes with metal or
nylon bristles or sharp or metallic cleaning utensils such as
knives, hard scrapers and the like. They could damage the
surfaces.
1. Rinse the pool with clear water. Use a garden hose or a watering can for this.
2. Use a soft sponge and lukewarm water to wipe the pool down.
3. Wipe the pool off with a soft, dry cloth.
4. Let the pool dry completely.

Direct sunlight could damage the pool.
− Cover the pool, so that it cannot be filled with water (e.g. rain
water).
− Store the pool in a location that is protected against exposure
to the sun and is not subject to significant fluctuations in temperature.
1. Empty the pool as described in the chapter “Emptying the pool.”
2. Open the outer ring valve
and let the air out by pressing the valves together with your thumb and forefinger
(see Fig. E).
3. Close the outer ring valve and all the air chamber valves.
4. Spread the pool out on a level, dry and clean surface.
5. Fold up the pool and store it in its box.

Maintenance and repair
NOTICE!
Risk of damage!
Before each use, check the pool for damage.
− Do not inflate the pool if it is damaged.
Regularly check the pool and all seams for leaks. You can repair small holes in the pool
with the enclosed self-adhesive repair patch
1. Inflate the air chamber that you would like to check for leaks.
2. Spray a soapy solution onto the seams or the area where you suspect a leak.
If bubbles form, there is a leak. If no bubbles form, the air chamber does not have
any leaks.
3. Completely let the air out of the air chamber.
. To do so, proceed as follows:

4. Clean the leaky area as described in the chapter “Cleaning.”
5. Cut a suitably-sized piece of the repair patch.
6. The patch must overlap all sides of the area you intend to repair by 1.5 cm.
7. Round off the corners of the repair patch and apply it to the middle of the
damaged area.
8. Firmly press down the repair patch on all sides.
9. Leave the repaired air chamber to stand for at least 60 minutes.
10. Perform another leak test as described in step 2.
If the repair was not successful, dispose of the pool as described in the chapter
“Disposal.”
