DESCRIPTION
The IFS AT/AR7400 series audio multiplexer provides for the simul­taneous transmission of four audio signals over one multimode or sin­gle mode optical fiber. The modules use 20-bit digital encoding for superior transmission of balanced line-level audio. Plug-and-play design ensures ease of installation and requires no electrical or optical adjustments. The modules incorporates LED status indicators for monitoring critical operating parameters such as power, audio level input and optical lock. The modules are available in either stand-alone or rack mount versions.
