8” diameter magnetic
For recessed applications, either indoor or outdoor. Wider gap distances help prevent false alarms caused by loose-fitting doors. Also useful in protecting china cabinets or closets, double-hung windows, and aluminum windows.
The 1075 series contact measures 1.31” L x .38” diameter (3.33cm x 0.95cm). The 1065W contact measures 1.50” L x .38” diameter (3.81cm x 0.95cm). The contact and magnet housings are made of flame-retardant ABS plastic. The housing has three ribs that press-fit against the inside of a .38”diameter mounting hole. The reed switch is protected and held in place by a polyurethane potting material.
