IMPORTANT SAFETY NOTICE
PRECAUTIONS
This exercise machine is built for optimum safety. However, certain precautions apply whenever you operate a piece of exercise equipment. Be sure to read the entire manual before you assemble or operate your machine. In particular, note the following safety precautions:
1. Keep children and pets away from the machine at all times. DO NOT
leave children unattended in the same room with the machine. The linkages on this machine can cause serious injury or death if used improperly.
2. Never place your hands or feet in the path of the linkages because injury may occur to you or damage may occur to the equipment. Never allow children to come near or approach the moving linkages while in use.
3. If the user experiences dizziness, nausea, chest pain, or any other abnormal
symptoms, STOP the workout at once. CONSULT A PHYSICIAN IMMEDIATELY.
4. Position the machine on a clear, leveled surface. DO NOT use the machine
near water or outdoors.
5. Keep hands away from all moving parts.
6. Always wear appropriate workout clothing when exercising. DO NOT wear
robes or other clothing that could become caught in the machine. Running or aerobic shoes are also required when using the machine.
7. Use the machine only for its intended use as described in this manual. DO
NOT use attachments not recommended by the manufacturer.
8. Do not place any sharp objects around the machine.
9. Disabled persons should not use the machine without a qualified person or
physician in attendance.
10. Before using the machine to exercise, always do stretching exercises to
properly warm up.
11. Never operate the machine if the machine is not functioning properly.
12. Maximum user weight 300 lbs.
CARE AND MAINTENANCE
1. Keep seat slider clean
2. Inspect and tighten all parts before using the machine.
3. The Frame and Seat Pad of the machine can be cleaned using a damp cloth and mild non-abrasive detergent. DO NOT use solvents.

Attach and tighten the Rear Stabilizer Tube Assembly (26) to the frame (24) using 4 – A M10x20 Socket Head Screws (132), 4 – M10 Spring Washers (133), and 4 – M10 Curved Washers (134).

Attach the Seat Handle Bar (22) to the Seat Slider (54) using 4 – M8x16 Socket Head A Screws (19), 4 – M8 Spring Washers (20), and 4 –M8 Flat Washers (21).
Attach the Seat Pad (17) in the orientation shown in the image and secure it to the B Seat Slider (54) using 4 – M8x16 Socket Head Screws (19) and 4 –M8 Flat Washers (21).

Attach the Push Arm (120) to the Front Vertical Linkage (125) using 4 - M8 Lock Nuts A (7) and 4 - M8 Washers (13).
NOTE: It is recommended that an aide hold the Push Arm in position while the Lock Nuts are installed.
Secure the Resistance Handle Cable (135) to the Cable Clips (139) on the Push Arm B (120) using a M4 Cross Head Screw (39).

Step 4
Position the Foot Plate Frame (10) near the Main Frame (24) and connect the Upper A and Lower Computer Cables, items 118 and 117 respectively. Feed the cable wires into the frame after the connection has been made.
Attach the Foot Plate Frame (10) onto the Main Frame (24) using 4 – M8 Locking Nuts B (7), 4 – M8 Washers (13) 2 – M8x16 Socket Head Screws (19) and 2 – M8 Curved Washers (31). Make sure that the computer cables are not pinched between the Foot Plate Frame (10) and the Main Frame (24.)
Screw on the Foot Straps (8) using the provided M6 screw (9).C
NOTE: The Resistance Handle (135) was removed from the image for clarity purposes.

COMPUTER OPERATION
This unit is equipped with a Telemetric Heart Rate transmitter that allows the user to monitor their heart rate while wearing a Chest Strap. A Chest Strap may be purchased from Inspire by calling (877) 738-1729.

During a workout the time counts up from 00:00. The time may also be set as a goal and will count down from an input time between 1:00 & 99:00 minutes.
When equipped with a Telemetric Heart Rate transmitter, users will be presented with their heart rate.

Users may input their age in order to adjust the calorie counter accordingly. Entering Age a.) Press and Hold the UP + DOWN button for 2 seconds b.) AGE will begin to blink. The default is 35. During a workout the counter will indicate how many repetitions have been made.
During a workout the counter will indicate how many repetitions are made per minute.
Accumulates calorie consumption during training from 0 up to 999.9 calories.
Note: User must use a heart rate monitor in order for the calorie counter to function.
When active, the targeted workout method will flash. By default, no flashing occurs until the user has designated which workout they choose to pursue.
Keeps track of the total distance traveled during a workout in either miles or meters. Units may be defined by pressing and holding down the FOCUS + RESET button for 5 seconds.

Focus Program Setup (Predeveloped workout sessions designed to target specific body parts chosen
by the user.)
I. Press the FOCUS button to toggle through the Focus Program options listed below.
a. Arms, Legs, Full Body, off
II. During a FOCUS workout the computer will alternate between various Focus Commands
in 1:00 minute intervals.

Goal Programs
The CR1 computer console may also run a goal program in which the user reaches a total calorie or total time.
1. Before working out, press the MODE button to toggle between TIME, DISTANCE, &
CALORIES.
2. Press either the UP or DOWN buttons to set a goal for the field you would like.
3. Afterwards you may either toggle through the focus programs or begin working out without
selecting a focus.
Example
In order to do a 2.5 mile workout, press the MODE button (while the machine is stopped) until DISTANCE is blinking. Press and hold the UP key until 2.5 appears. Begin pedaling to start the program. You are now running a program that will not stop until you have reached 0.0 miles.

Warranty
This Warranty applies to Inspire Strength products manufactured or distributed by FG1 LLC. This Product is NOT intended for HEALTH CLUB use:

FG1, LLC. warrants that the Product you have purchased for personal, family or household use from FG1 LLC or from an authorized FG1 reseller is free from defects in materials or workmanship under normal use during the warranty period. Your sales receipt, showing the date of purchase of the Product, is your proof of the date of purchase. This warranty extends only to you, the original purchaser. It is not transferable to anyone who subsequently purchases the Product from you. It excludes expendable parts such as paint and finish. This Warranty becomes VALID ONLY if the Product is assembled / installed according to the instructions / directions included with the Product.
Replacement and repair of parts.
During the warranty period FG1 will, at no additional charge, repair or replace the Product if it becomes defective, malfunctions, or otherwise fails to conform with this Warranty under normal personal, family, or household use. In repairing the product FG1 may replace defective parts with, at the option of FG1, serviceable used parts that are equivalent to new parts in performance, or new parts. All exchanged parts and Products replaced under this warranty will become the property of FG1. FG1 reserves the right to change manufacturers and or specification of any part to cover any existing warranty.
Service procedures.
To obtain warranty parts, you must return the parts to FG1 or an authorized FG1 retailer in its original container (or equivalent). You must pre-pay any shipping charges, taxes, or any other charges associated with transportation of the Product. In addition, you are responsible for insuring any Product shipped or returned. You assume the risk of loss during shipment. You must present FG1 with proof-of-purchase documents (including the date of purchase, Model, and Serial Number). Any evidence of alteration, erasing or forgery of proof -of-purchase documents will be cause to void this Warranty. Register your warranty online visit www.inspirefitness.net
Conditions and Exceptions.
This Warranty does not extend to any Product not purchased from FG1 LLC or from an authorized FG1 reseller. This Warranty does not extend to any Product that has been damaged or rendered defective; (a) as a result of accident, misuse, or abuse; (b) by the use of parts not manufactured or sold by FG1; (c) by modification of the Product; (d) as a result of service by anyone other than FG1, or an authorized FG1 warranty service provider; (e) product that has not been properly maintained (follow maintenance schedule found on product). Should any product submitted for Warranty service be found to be ineligible, an estimate of repair cost will be furnished and the repair will be made if requested by you upon FG1 receipt of payment or acceptable arrangement of payment.
