GRILLING
The generous size steel grilles supplied with the barbecue allow you to cook even large portions or quantities of meat or fish.
TEPANYAKI HOTPLATE
The ILBBQ124H incorporates ILVE’s famous stainless steel tepanyaki hotplate that allows you to cook vegetables and shellfish directly on the steel surface without added condiments.
GAS BURNERS with FLAME FAILURE
4 in-line gas burners with a total power output of 14 kW provide sufficient energy for fast, effective cooking. For safety, the burners all include flame failure safety cut out
BATTERY FOR BURNER IGNITION
To use the barbecue far from electrical connections, it uses a battery for burner ignition
