• The exclamation mark inside a triangle indicates that whatever repairing and component replacement
operations must be done by qualied and authorized personnel.
• No user serviceable parts inside.
• Only use accessories tested and approved by IDEA and supplied by the manufacturer or an authorized dealer.
• Installations, rigging and suspension operations must be done by qualied personnel.
• This is a Class I device. Do not remove Mains connector ground.
• Only use accessories specied by IDEA, complying with maximum loads specications and following local
safety regulations.
• Read the specications and connection instructions before proceeding to connect the system and use only
cabling supplied or recommended by IDEA. Connection of the system should be done by qualied personnel.
• Professional sound reinforcement systems can deliver high SPL levels that may result in hearing damage. Do
not stand close to the system while in use.
• Loudspeaker produce magnetic eld even while they are not in use or even when disconnected. Do not place
or expose loudspeakers to any device that is sensitive to magnetic elds such as television monitors or data
storage magnetic material.
• Keep the equipment in the safe working temperature range [0º-45º] at all times.
• Disconnect the equipment during lightning storms and when it is not to be used for a long time.
• Do not expose this device to rain or moisture.
• Do not place any objects containing liquids, such as bottles or glasses, on the top of the unit. Do not splash
liquids on the unit.
• Clean with a wet cloth. Do not use solvent-based cleaners.
• Regularly check the loudspeaker housings and accessories for visible signs of wear and tear, and replace
them when necessary.
• Refer all servicing to qualied service personnel.
• This symbol on the product indicates that this product should not be treated as household waste. Follow local
regulation for recycling of electronic devices.

EXO 32-A is a diminutive FOH loudspeaker, capable of delivering sufcient
dynamic range and total output for Regional touring concerts and high SPL
DJ gigs. Just like the EXO18, EXO32-A combined with BASSO Series subwoofers, allows for highly portable point source Main PA solution, but EXO32
delivers such performance in an enclosure with similar overall dimensions
to a 12” two way speaker.
The 3 way conguration, relies on a LF horn-loaded quad 8” cluster, a large
format compression driver that takes care of a wide band of midrange
frequencies and PM4 membrane 1,75” compression driver for sizzling HF
reproduction. EXO32 stands out in power density and audio reproduction
quality, pole mount, stacked or own.
EXO32-A is designed to be used in almost all situations, together with high
power subwoofer solutions, with a usable frequency range starting at 100
Hz. It`s important to take this in consideration when specifying a professional
sound reinforcement system, with subwoofers and DSP management.

FACTORY PRESETS
EXO32-A features a DSP Preset Selector that allows the sound
engineer choose from 4 different processing set-ups, to facilitate
quick implementation and easy control from the speaker management
system or digital mixer.
PRESET 1 - FLAT FOH
Standard voicing of the EXO32A, offering optimal performance and
coverage between 5 and 15 meters. Ideal as an ultra compact solution
for audiences 250 - 750 px outdoor.
PRESET 2 - LF CUT/ INDOOR
Often when a high power loudspeaker is used indoor the LF buildup
created by the acoustics of the room can interfere with the tonal
clarity of the system. To minimize such phenomenon, this preset
reduces the amplitude of the signal of the 100-350 Hz LF part of the
spectrum.
PRESET 3 - HF BOOST / LONG-THROW
When the EXO32A is own at a great distance/height from the
intended listening area or when it is used with sufcient subwoofers
support in a bigger event outdoor, the user can select this preset to
compensate the natural loss of HF energy over distance, being most
effective between 7,5 and 15 m. This preset is also useful in certain
very acoustically dampened, non reverberant environments.
PRESET 4 - FLAT/CLOSE FIELD
This preset features and adjustment of the phase and frequency
response of the EXO32 for distances between 1,5 and 5 m in
applications such as Drum-ll, DJ monitor or rehearsal rooms.

In order to provide more precise information for acoustical analysis, a 1/12 octave smoothing has been applied.

INSTALLATION/TRANSPORT ACCESSORIES
FC-EXO32
EXO32-A offers a compact,
easy-to-deploy point source
FOH solution for a wide range
of professional sound reinforcement environments.
From mobile 2.1 and 2.2 setups
for FGM/BGM indoor and outdoor applications to portable
audio for live music, pole
mounted or ground-stacked on
BASSO R subwoofers, to xed
installations in clubs, HoW, theatres and live-music venues.
The dedicated accessory UBEXO32 allows for a wide range
of setups. The U-Bracket can
be tted on walls, ceilings or
truss structures (with standard
clamps) allowing for 15˚, 30˚,
45˚ vertical angulations.
The PM-L48 pole-mount accessory can be attached to the
UB-EXO32 U-Bracket allowing
for pole mount setups (as seen
in the examples above).
FC-EXO 32-A provides a rugged,
touring-grade case for convenient, and safe transport and
storage of EXO32-A, allowing
for mininum setup times and
logistics.
