A screwdriver is needed to assemble/disassemble the Case-A, Case-B, metal frame. We should
use electrical screwdriver with T5 star-like head. Please notice that the torque is 0.7 kg-cm and
driver speed is lower then 750 rpm.

5. Disassembly
1. Open the ANT_BandXI_58.78*29.52*7.52_BLACK.
2. Use the Plastic bar to open Assy_Antenna_Top_SH8
3. Use the torx bit NO.5 (T5 screw driver) to remove 6
screws as the figure shown
4. Use the Plastic bar to release the B, there are 2 hooks at
the bottom side
4.1 Open right-side hook by the Plastic bar
4.2 Open left-side hook by the Plastic bar
5. Use the Plastic bar to lift up the ASSY
KIT_SF8/BLK/Battery cover as the figure shown

6. Move the ASSY KIT_SF8/BLK/Battery cover toward
left-hand side to remove it
7. Remove the Mylar_SIM_SF8
8 Use the tweezers to remove the thermal pad
9. Remove the Plastic_B_TOP_SF8
10. Remove Battery
11. Pick up the vibrator from the trough

12. Use the Screwdriver Phillips #00 cross-like head to
remove 5 screws as the figure shown
13. Use the tweezers to open the cable and pull the cable
away from the phone
14. Use the tweezers to open the connector
15. Use the tweezers to open the connector and pull out the
FPC
16. Use the tweezers to open the cable and pull the cable
away from the phone
17. Use the tweezers to open the connector and pull out the
FPC
