User Guide
VISAFONE HOTSPOT
The Visafone Hotspot ODP offers the user easy access to different
types of rich media content such as Mobile Ringtones, SMSs, and
Images etc.
The following features are available on the Visafone Hotspot
application:
SMS Services: This feature enables you access and enjoy different
types of SMS Services available with the Hotspot application.
Voice Services: This feature provides multiple voice services at
single point such as Voice Chat, Mobile Radio, and Music Station
etc.
Download: This feature enables user download different types of
rich media content such as videos, images, and ringtones.
Reset: This feature allows a reset of the proxy settings of the
handset. In this feature, content request will be sent to the server
through an SMS.
Subscriptions: This feature enables user subscribe to different
types of monthly subscription services.
Getting Started
To access the Visafone Hotspot application, go to the main menu of
the mobile phone. Scroll to the Hotspot application icon using
up/down arrow key and then press OK.
Press OK to select the Hotspot icon, connecting screen appears.
After few seconds, connecting screen disappears and Hotspot menu
is displayed on the mobile screen.

Using SMS Service Feature
To access the SMS Service feature, scroll to the SMS Service and
then left soft key. SMS Service menu screen appears.
To avail any particular service available under SMS Service feature,
scroll to the desired service (say Horoscope) using up/down arrow
key and then press left soft key.

To get the prediction or horoscope for a specific sun sign, scroll to
the desired sun sign using up/down key and then press left soft Key
to select the desired sun sign.
A screen asking for the confirmation to send the content request
appears as shown in the figure below.
Press left soft key to confirm and send the content request.
A new screen (Confirmation) showing the pricing information
appears as per most regulatory guidelines on billing to subscribers.

Press left soft key to send the content request. On pressing left soft
key, a SMS requesting for the horoscope of the selected sun sign will
be sent to the server.
After receiving the content request, server will check if there is
sufficient balance in the user’s account to cover the transaction, if
yes, server will send the requested content to the user. In case,
balance available in the user’s account is not enough to cover the
transaction, server will reject the content request and will send an
error message to the user.
Error
User can face two types of error which are
Insufficient balance: In case user does not have sufficient balance in
its account.
Network connectivity: In case of network failure user will not able to
use the data service. User will be show a message ”Unable to
connect, please try after some time”.
HELP
In case you face any error then do the following:
For network failure please check your network signal and try it again
Check your prepaid balance.
