3.2 How to enter diagnostic mode and boot-loader mode
Power OFF.
Insert Diagnostic Micro SD card (provide by HTC) to device.
Press and hold “Camera + Power” button simultaneously then release the power button first after
hold for about 1 seconds, and then the device will enter boot-loader mode.
On the test menu, use Navigation key to select the item then press Action key to test, and you could
use numeric key also to select the test item. Use Right/Left to change to go to the next page.
Remove the battery directly to exit the Diagnostic program when finish the testing.
If the system fails while testing, please also remove the battery directly to turn the power off.

Examination of the device shall be made with workbench light turned on.
Ambient illumination is to be 500-1000 Lux.

1. Charge the device or boot the device using AC adapter and check if work.
