Safety Recall Notice – Firmware Update
HP Photosmart R707 digital camera
Hewlett-Packard is conducting a voluntary worldwide
firmware update program for the HP Photosmart R707
digital cameras. There is a safety hazard if a single-use,
non-rechargeable battery, such as a Duracell CP1, is
installed in the camera and the camera is connected to
the AC Power adapter or docking station. Consumers are
encouraged to update their camera even if they do not
use or intend to use a non-rechargeable battery.
What to do:
Update the R707 digital camera firmware either by
downloading it from the web or by calling HP for
instructions.
