A. Extent of limited warranty

1. Hewlett-Packard (HP) warrants to the end-user customer (Customer) that each HP product
specified above (Product) shall be free from defects in material and workmanship for the period
specified above. The warranty period begins on the da te of purchase by Customer.

2. For each software product, HP’s limited warranty applies only to a failure to execute programming
instructions. HP does not warrant that the operation of any Product will be uninterrupted or error
free.

3. HP’s limited warranty covers only those defects that arise as a result of normal use of a Product,
and does not cover any other problems, inclu ding those that arise as a result of:

a. Improper use, maintenance, storage, handling, or modification;
b. Deficiencies in any consumable used with the Product, such as batter y leakage;
c. Software, media, parts, accessories, supplies, or power adapters or sources not provided or

supported by HP; or,

d. Operati on or other conditions outside a Product’s specifications.

4. If HP receives, during the applicable warranty period, notice of a defect in a Product, HP shall at its
option either replace or repair the defective Prod uct.

5. If HP cannot replace o r repair a defective Product that is covered by HP’s limited warranty, HP may,
within a reasonable time after being notified of the de fect, provide either another product similar in
performance or a refund of the purchase price prorated based on usage and other appropriate
factors.

6. HP shall have no obligation to replace, repair, or refund until Customer returns the defective P roduct
to HP and provides a valid proof of purchase.

7. Any replacement prod uct may be either new or like-new, provided it has functionality at least equal
to that of the Product being replaced.

8. A Product may con tain remanufactured parts, components, or materials equivalent to new in
performance.

9. HP’s limited warranty is va lid in any country or locality where HP has a support presence for the
Product and has marketed the Product. The level of war ranty service may vary according to local
standards. Upgraded warranty services, such as n ext day exchange, on-site service, and accident
protection, may be purchased from HP.

B. Limitations of Warranty

TO THE EXTENT ALLOWED BY LOCAL LAW, NEITHER HP NOR ITS THIRD PARTY SUPPLIERS
MAKE ANY OTHER WARRANTY OR CONDITION OF ANY KIND, WHETHER EXPRESS OR
IMPLIED, WITH RESPECT TO A PRODUCT, AND SPECIFICALLY DISCLAIM THE IMPLIED
WARRANTIES OR CONDITIONS OF MERCHANTABILITY, SATISFACTORY QUALITY, AN D
FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE.

C. Limitations of Liability

1. To the extent allowed by local law, the remedies provided in this Limited Warranty Statement (LWS)
are Customer’s sole and exclusive remedies.

2. TO THE EXTENT ALLOWED BY LOCAL LAW, EXCEPT FOR THE OBLIGATIONS SPECIFICALLY
SET FORTH IN THIS LWS, IN NO EVENT SHALL HP OR ITS THIRD PARTY SUPPLIERS BE
LIABLE FOR DIRECT, INDIRECT, SPECIAL, INCIDENTAL, OR CONSEQUENTIAL DAMAGES,
WHETHER BASED ON CONTRACT, TORT, OR ANY OTHER LEGAL THEORY AND WHETHER
ADVISED OF THE POSSIBILITY OF SUCH DAMAGES.

that are included in the box with your camera ca rry the same warranty as

D. Local Law

1. This LWS gives Customer specific legal rig hts. Customer may also have other rights that vary from
state to state in the United States, from province to province in Canada, and from country to country
elsewhere in the world.

2. To the extent this LWS is inconsistent with local law, this LWS shall be deemed modified to be
consistent with local law. Under local law, certain disclaimers and limitations of this LWS may not
apply to Customer. For example, the federal government of the United States, some states in the
United States, and some governments outside the United States (including provinces in Canada),
may:

a. Grant Customer additional warranty rights;
b. Preclu de the disclaimers and limitations in this LWS from limiting the statutory rights of a

consumer (e.g., the United Kingdom);
c. Otherwise restrict the ability of a manufacturer to enforce such disclaimers or limitations;
d. Specify the duration of implied warranties that the manufacturer cannot disclaim; or,
e. Disallow limitations on the duration of implied warranties

3. Customer may have additional statutory rights based on its purchase agreement. Those rights are
not in any way affected by this LWS.

4. For consumer trans actions in the United States, any implied warranties imposed by law are limited in
duration to the express warranty period.

5. THE TERMS IN THIS LWS, EXCEPT TO THE EXTENT LAWFULLY PERMITTED, DO NOT
EXCLUDE, RESTRICT, OR MODIFY, AND ARE IN ADDITION TO, THE MANDATORY
STATUTORY RIGHTS APPLICABLE TO THE SALE OF A PRODUCT TO SUCH CUSTOMERS.

Safety precautions

• To avoid the risk of electric shock, do not open the camera case or attempt to repair the camera
yourself. Contact an authorized HP Service Center for r epairs.

• Keep the camera dry. Exposing the camera to excessive moisture can cause it to malfunction.

• If moisture gets inside the camera, stop using the camera immediately. Allow the camera to air dry
completely before operating it again.

• When disposing of batteries, follow the battery manufacturer’s disposal and recycling instructions or
the guidelines that are recommended for your area, do n ot incinerate or puncture batteries.

• Do not recharge non-rechargeable batteries.

• Use only a dock or wireless dock base approved by HP for your camera. Use of a non-approved dock
could damage the camera or cause an unsafe condi tion. It will also void your camera’s warranty.

Caution: Risk of explosion if battery is replaced by an incorrect type. Di spose of used batteries according
to the instructions.

A. Etendue de la garantie limitée

1. Hewlett-Packard (HP) certifie à l’utilisateur final (le Client) que chaque produit HP susmentionné
(le Produit) sera exempt de défauts matériels et de m alfaçons pendant la période indiquée. Cette
période prend effet à compter de la date d’achat par le Client.

2. Pour chaque logicie l, la garantie limitée HP est valable uniquement en cas d’impossibil ité d’exécuter
les instructions de programmation. HP ne garantit pas que le fonctionnement du Produit ne connaîtra
pas d’interruptions ni d’erreurs.

3. La garantie limitée cou vre uniquement les défauts qui apparaissent dans le cadre de l’utilisation
normale du Produit. Elle ne couvre pas les aut res problèmes, notamment ceux qui surviennent du fait :

a. de procé dures d’exploitation et de maintenance, de conditions de stockage et d e manutention

b. Des problèmes avec les consommables utilisés avec le produit, comme des fuites dans les piles;
c. de logiciels, de supports, de pièces, d’accessoir es, de consommables, d’adaptateurs secteur

d. d’une utilisation ou d’autres conditions non conformes aux spécifications du Produit.

4. Si, pendant la périod e d’application de la garantie, HP est informé d’une défaillance concernant un
Produit, HP choisira de réparer ou de remplacer le Produit défectueux.

5. Si HP est dans l’incapacité de réparer ou de rempla cer, selon le cas, un Produit défectueux couvert
par la garantie limitée, HP devra, dans un délai raisonnable après avoir été informé du défaut, fournir
un autre produit présentant les mêmes caractéristiques ou rembourser le prix d’achat du Produit au
prorata de sa durée de service et d’autres facteurs pertinents.

6. HP ne sera pas tenu d’effectuer un échange, une réparation ou un remboursement avant d’avoir reçu
le Produit défectueux ainsi qu’une preuve d’achat valable.

7. Les produits de remplac ement pourront être neufs ou équivalents à des produits neufs en termes de
performances, à condition que leurs fonct ionnalités soient au moins équivalentes à celles du Produit
remplacé.

8. Un Produit HP peut con tenir des pièces, des composants ou des matériaux reconditionnés
équivalents à des produits neufs en termes de performa nces.

9. La garantie limitée HP est valable dans tout pays ou localité où HP a un point de vente et un centre
de support pour ce Produit. Le niveau des services de garantie offerts dépend des réglementations
locales. Il est possible de souscrire des services d’extension de garantie, tels que l’échange sous
24 heures, le service sur site et la protection contre les accidents, auprès de HP.

B. Limitations de garantie

DANS LE CADRE DE LA LEGISLATION LOCALE, HP ET SES FOURNISSEURS TIERS
N’OFFRENT, EXPRESSEMENT OU IMPLICITEMENT, AUCUNE AUTRE GARANTIE OU
CONDITION D’AUCUNE SORTE PAR RAPPORT AU PRODUIT ET REJETTENT, NOTAMMENT,
TOUTES GARANTIES OU CONDITIONS IMPLICITES DE COMMERCIALISATION, DE QUALITE
SATISFAISANTE ET D’ADAPTATION DU PRODUIT A UN USAGE PARTICULIER.

C. Limitations de responsabilité

D. Législation locale

Mesures de sécurité

• Pour éviter tout risque d’électrocution, n’ouvrez pas l e boîtier de l’appareil photo et ne tentez pas
de le réparer vous-même. Pour toute réparation, contactez un ce ntre de service agréé HP.

• Conservez l’appareil photo dans un endroit sec. L’exposition à une humidité excessive risque
de l’endommager.

• En cas d’infiltration d’humidité, cesse z immédiatement d’utiliser l’appareil photo. Laissez-le sécher
complètement à l’air libre avant de vous en resservir.

• Pour mettre au rebut des piles, suivez les instructions de leur fabricant ou conformez-vous aux
recommandations en vigueur dans votre pays. Ne les b rûlez pas et ne les percez pas.

• Ne rechargez pas des piles non prévues à cet effet.

• Utilisez uniquement une station d’accueil ou une station d’accueil de base sans fil agréée HP pour
l’appareil photo. L’utilisation d’une station d’accueil non agréée pourrait l’end ommager ou présenter
un risque. La garantie de votre appareil photo serait de ce fait annulée.

Attention : il existe un risque d’explosion si le type de la batterie de remplacement est incorrect. Pour
les batteries usagées, suivez les instru ctions.

2. Per ciascun prodotto software HP, la garanzia limitata HP si applica solo in caso di m ancata
esecuzione delle istruzioni di prog rammazione. HP non garantisce che il funzionamento di qualsiasi
Prodotto sarà ininterrotto o esente da errori.

3. La garanzia limitata HP copre solo i difetti derivanti dall'uso normale di un Prodotto e non copr e
eventuali altri problemi, compreso quelli derivanti da:

a. uso, manutenzione, conservazione, trattamento o modifiche impropri;
b. inadeg uatezze del materiale di consumo utilizzato con il prodotto, ad esempio perdite delle

quanto meno uguali a quelle del Prodotto sostitu ito.

8. Un Prodotto può contene re parti, componenti o materiali ricostruiti equ ivalenti per prestazioni
a quelli nuovi.

9. La garanzia limitata HP è valida in tutti i Paesi in cui HP è presente con la propria assistenza sul
Prodotto e lo commercializza. Il livello d ell'assistenza in garanzia può variare in base alle norme
locali. I servizi in garanzia e stesi, quali sostituzione al giorno succes sivo, assistenza in loco
e protezione sinistri, possono essere acquistati presso HP.

2. Qualora tale Dichiarazione di garanzia limitata non fosse compatibile con le leggi vigenti, dovrà

Norme di sicurezza

• Per evitare il rischio di scosse elettriche, non aprire l a fotocamera e non tentare di ripararla. Per le
riparazioni rivolgersi a un Centro assistenza auto rizzato HP.

• Mantenere la fotocamera asciutta. L'umidità eccessiva può causare infatti malfunzionamenti.

• Se l'umidità penetra all'interno della fotocamera, interrompere immediatamente il suo utilizzo. Lasciare
asciugare completamente la fotocamera prima di rimetterla in funzione.

• Nello smaltimento o nel riciclaggio delle batt erie, seguire le istruzioni del costruttore o la legislazione
locale vigente in materia. Non bruciare le batterie n é tentare di perforarle.

• Non ricaricare le batterie non ricaricabili.

• Utilizzare esclusivamente un alloggiamento o una base per alloggiamento senza fili approvati da HP
per la fotocamera di cui si dispone. L'utilizzo di un alloggiamento non approvato può danneggiare la
fotocamera o renderne pericoloso l'utilizzo. Inoltre, annulla la garanzia.

A. Umfang der beschränkten Gewährleistung

1. Hewlett-Packard (HP) gewährleistet dem Endbenutzer (Kunden), dass jedes der oben angegebenen
HP Produkte (Produkt) während des oben genannten Gewäh rleistungszeitraums frei von Material­und Verarbeitungsfehlern ist. Der Gewährleistungszeitraum beginnt mit dem Kaufdatum.

2. Bei allen Softwareprodukten gilt die beschränkte HP Gewährleistung ausschließlich für die fehlerhafte
Ausführung von Programmieranweisungen. HP gewähr leistet nicht den unterbrechungs- oder
fehlerfreien Betrieb eines Produkts.

3. Die beschränkte Gewährleistung von HP gilt nur für Mängel, die sich bei normaler Benut zung eines
Produkts ergeben, und erstreckt sich nicht auf:

a. unsachgemäße Verwendung, Wartung, Aufbewahrung, Behandlung oder Änderung;
b. Mängel bei Verschleißteilen, die mit dem Produkt verwendet werden wie z. B. auslaufende

5. Sollte HP ein fehlerhaftes, unter die besc hränkte Gewährleistung fallendes Produkt nicht reparieren
oder ersetzen können, liefert HP innerhalb eines angemessenen Z eitraums nach Benachrichtigung
über den Schaden ein anderes, in der Leistung äh nliches Produkt oder erstattet je nach Gebrauch
und anderen relevanten Faktoren anteilig den Kaufpreis für das Produkt.

6. HP ist ers t dann verpflichtet, das mangelhafte Produkt zu ersetzen , zu reparieren oder den Kaufpreis
zurückzuerstatten, wenn der Endkunde dieses an HP zurückgesandt und einen gültigen Kaufbeleg
vorgelegt hat.

7. Ersatzprodukte können n eu oder neuwertig sein, solange sie über mindestens denselben
Funktionsumfang verfügen wie das zu ersetzende Produkt.

8. Produkte können grund überholte Teile, Komponenten oder Materialien enthalten, die in ihrer
Leistung neuen Teilen entsprechen.

9. Die beschränkte Gewährleis tung von HP für ein Produkt gilt in jedem Land/jeder Region, in dem/der
HP Support für das Produkt anbietet und das Produkt vermarktet hat. Der Umfang der
Gewährleistung kann je nach lokalen Gegebenh eiten variieren. Weitergehende Dienstleistungen,
wie z.B. Umtausch am nächsten Tag, Vor-Ort-Service und Schadensversicherungen, können als
Gewährleistungserweiterungen separat von HP erworben werden.

B. Einschränkungen der Gewährleistung

QUALITÄT UND EIGNUNG FÜR EINEN BESTIMMTEN ZWECK AUSGESCHLOSSEN.

Leistungen hinaus keine weiteren Ansprüche zu.

2. IN DEM NACH GELTENDEM RECHT ZULÄSSIGEN MASS UND MIT AUSNAHME DER IN DIESER
ERKLÄRUNG DER BESCHRÄNKTEN GEWÄHRLEISTUNG AUSDRÜCKLICH ANGEGEBENEN
VERPFLICHTUNGEN SIND WEDER HP NOCH DESSEN ZULIEFERER ERSATZPFLICHTIG FÜR
DIREKTE, INDIREKTE, BESONDERE, ZUFÄLLIGE ODER FOLGESCHÄDEN, UNABHÄNGIG
DAVON, OB DIESE AUF DER BASIS VON VERTRÄGEN, UNERLAUBTEN HANDLUNGEN ODER
ANDEREN RECHTSTHEORIEN GELTEND GEMACHT WERDEN UND OB HP ODER DESSEN
ZULIEFERER VON DER MÖGLICHKEIT EINES SOLCHEN SCHADENS UNTERRICHTET

D. Geltendes Recht

1. Diese Erklärung zur beschränkten Gewährleistung verleiht dem Endkunden bestimmt e Rechte.
Der Endkunde hat unter Umständen noch weitere Rechte, die in den Vereinigten Staaten von
Bundesstaat zu Bundesstaat, in Kanada von Provinz zu Provinz, in der restlichen Welt von Land/
Region zu Land/Region verschieden sein können.

2. Soweit diese Erklärung zur beschränkten Gewährleistung nicht dem geltenden Recht entspricht,
soll sie als so abgeändert gelten, dass di e hierin enthaltenen Bestimmungen dem geltenden Recht
entsprechen. Unter dem geltenden Recht können bestimmte Erklärungen und Einschränkungen
dieser Erklärung zur beschränkten Gewährleistung nicht auf den Endkunden zutreffen. Durch die
Regierung der USA, in einigen US-Bundesstaaten sowie in einigen Ländern/Regionen außerhalb
der USA (sowie in einigen kanadischen Prov inzen) beispielsweise

a. verfügt e in Endkunde über weitere Gewährleistungsansprüche;
b. werden die Rechte des Verbrauchers nicht durch die Erklärungen und Einschränkungen dieser

Gewährleistungserklärung beschränkt (z.B. Großbritannien);
c. ist ein Hersteller nicht berechtigt, solche Erklärungen und Einschränkungen durchzusetzen;
d. wird die Dauer stillschweigender Gewährleistungen durch das geltendende Recht geregelt

und darf vom Hersteller nicht eingeschränkt werden;
e. ist eine zeitliche Einschränkung stillschweigender Gewährleistungen unzulässig.

3. Der Kunde besitzt je nach Kaufvereinbarung möglicherweise zusätzliche Rechte. Di ese Rechte

4. Bei Kundentransaktionen in den USA sind alle gesetzlich vorgeschriebenen stil lschweigenden

Sicherheitsbestimmungen

• Versuchen Sie nicht, das Kameragehäuse zu öffnen, um die Kamera zu reparieren. Hierbei besteht
Gefahr durch elektrische Spannung. Wenden Sie sich be i Reparaturen an ein HP Kundendienstze ntrum.

• Schützen Sie die Kamera vor Feuchtigkeit. Wenn die Kamera extremer Feuchtigkeit ausgesetzt wird,
kann es zu Fehlfunktionen kommen.

• Wenn Feuchtigkeit in das Innere der Kamera gelangt ist, schalten Sie die Kamera sofort aus.
Verwenden Sie die Kamera erst dann wieder, wenn sie vollständig an der Luft getrocknet ist.

• Befolgen Sie beim Entsorgen von Batterien die Entsorgungs- und Recycling-Anweisungen des
Herstellers bzw. die für Sie geltenden Entsorgungsbestimmungen. Verbrennen oder öffnen Sie die
Batterien nicht.

• Versuchen Sie nicht, normale (nicht wiederaufladbare Batterien) aufzuladen.

• Verwenden Sie nur eine von HP für Ihre Kamera zugelassene Dockingstation oder eine kabellose
Dockingstationsbasis. Die Verwendung einer nicht zugelassenen Dockingstation kann zu Schäden
an der Kamera oder zu unsicheren Betriebszuständen führen. Außerdem erlischt in diesem Fall die
HP Gewährleistung.

Achtung: Es besteht das Risiko einer Explosion, wenn die Batterien durch einen falschen Typ ersetzt
werden. Entsorgen Sie die gebrauchten Batterien den Anweisungen entsprechend.

A. Extensión de la garantía limitada

1. Hewlett-Packard (HP) garantiza al usuario final (el Cliente) que el producto HP descrito a continuación
no presentará ningún defecto material ni de manufactura d urante el período especificado con
anterioridad. El período de garantía comienza el día en que el cliente adquiere el producto.

2. En cada producto de software, la garantía limitada de HP se aplicará sólo en caso de q ue haya
errores en la ejecución de las instrucciones de programación. HP no garantiza que el funcionamiento
de los productos de HP sea ininterrumpido o que no presente errores.

3. La garantía limitada de HP cubrirá sólo los defectos que surjan debido a un uso normal del producto
y no cubrirá ningún otro problema, incluidos los derivados de los casos siguientes:

a. realizar un uso inadecuado, mantenimiento, almacenamiento, tratamiento o modifi cación del

b. detectar defectos en algún consumible utilizado con el producto, como pé rdidas en la batería;
c. utilizar software, soporte, piezas, accesorios, recambios o fuentes o adaptadores de

4. En caso de que, durante el período de garantía aplicable, HP reciba aviso de la existencia de defectos

6. HP no está obligado a r eemplazar, reparar ni reembolsar ninguna cantidad hasta que el cliente
devuelva el producto defectuoso a HP y proporcione una prueba válida de la compra.

7. El producto de repuesto puede ser nuevo o seminuevo, siempre que disponga al menos de las
mismas funciones que el producto susti tuido.

8. El producto puede contener piezas, componentes o materiales manipulados equivalentes en
funcionamiento al producto nuevo.

9. La garantía limitada de HP e s válida en cualquier país o región donde HP cuente con recursos de
asistencia técnica para el producto y donde HP haya c omercializado este producto. El nivel del
servicio de garantía que se reciba podrá variar de acuerdo con las normas locales. En HP puede
adquirir también servicios de ampliación de garantía, como la sustitu ción al día siguiente, el servicio
a domicilio y la protección contra accide ntes.

B. Limitaciones de la garantía

EN APLICACIÓN DE LA LEGISLACIÓN LOCAL VIGENTE, NI HP NI OTROS PROVEEDORES

D. Legislación local

Precauciones de seguridad

• Para evitar el riesgo de descarga eléctrica, no abra la cámara ni intente repararla usted mismo.
Para reparar un producto, póngase en contacto con un centr o de servicio autorizado de HP.

• Mantenga la cámara seca. Si la cámara qu eda expuesta a una humedad excesiva, no funcionará
correctamente.

• Si penetra humedad en el interior de la cámara, deje de utilizarla de inmediato. Deje que la cámara
se seque completamente al aire antes de volv er a utilizarla.

• Cuando deseche las pilas, siga las instrucciones de reciclaje del fabricante o las recom endaciones
vigentes en su área; no queme las pilas n i las perfore.

• No recargue pilas no recargables.

• Utilice únicamente una base de acoplamiento o una base de acoplamiento inalámbrica aprobada por
HP para su cámara. El uso de una b ase de acoplamiento no aprobada podría dañar la c ámara o provocar
una situación insegura. Además, invalidará la garantía de la cámara.

Precaución: Existe riesgo de explosión si la batería se sustituye por una clase incorrecta. Deposite las
baterías usadas según se indica en las instrucciones.

A. Dekking van beperkte garantie

1. Hewlett-Packard (HP) garandeert de eindgebruiker (Klant) dat de hierboven vermelde HP producten
(Producten) vrij zijn van gebreken in materiaal en constructi e gedurende de hierboven aangegeven
periode. De garantieperiode begint op de aankoo pdatum van het Product.

2. Voor softwareproducten geldt de beperkte garantie van HP alleen wanneer de programma­instructies niet worden uitgevoerd. HP garandeert niet dat welk Product dan ook ononderbroken
of zonder fouten zal functioneren.

3. De beperkte garantie van HP dekt uitsluitend defecten die zijn opgetreden bij normaal gebruik van
het Product en strekt zich niet uit tot overige problemen, inclusief problemen die het gevolg zijn van;

a. Onjuist gebruik of onderhoud, onjuiste opslag of behandeling, of wijzigingen;
b. Gebrek en in verbruiksartikelen die bij het product worden gebruikt, zoals een lekkende batterij;
c. Het gebruik van software, media, onderdelen, toebehoren of netvoedingsadapters of

d. Gebrui k of andere condities die niet onder de specificaties van een Product vallen.

4. Als u HP binnen de gestelde garantieperiode op de hoogte stelt van een gebrek aan een Produ ct,
zal HP het niet naar behoren functionerende Product naar eigen keuze repareren of vervangen

5. Als HP niet i n staat blijkt een product dat onder de garantie van HP valt, te repareren of te v ervangen,
kan HP binnen een redelijke termijn nadat zij van het defect op de hoogte is gebracht, een ander
soortgelijk product verschaffen of het aankoopbedrag restitueren gebaseerd op he t gebruik en andere
van toepassing zijnde factoren.

6. HP is niet verplich t tot reparatie, vervanging of terugbetaling tot de Klant het defecte product aan
HP heeft geretourneerd en een aankoopbewijs heeft verschaft.

7. Vervangende producten zijn nieuw of functi oneel gelijkwaardig aan nieuwe producten, mits de
functionaliteit ten minste gelijk is aan de functionaliteit van het Product dat wordt vervangen.

8. Een Product kan gerev iseerde onderdelen of materialen bevatten die functioneel geli jkwaardig zijn
aan nieuwe onderdelen of materialen.

9. De beperkte garantie van HP is van toepass ing in elk land of gebied waarin HP ondersteuning biedt
voor dit Product en waarin HP dit Product op de markt heeft gebracht. De garantiese rvice die wordt
verleend kan per land verschillen, afhankelijk van de geldende standaard. Bij HP kan een uitbreiding
op de garantieservices, zoals vervanging op de volgende dag, service op locatie en bescherming
tegen ongelukken, worden aangeschaft.

B. Beperkingen van de garantie

VOOR ZOVER BIJ DE PLAATSELIJKE WETGEVING TOEGESTAAN BIEDEN NOCH HP, NOCH
LEVERANCIERS (DERDEN) ENIGE OVERIGE EXPLICIETE OF IMPLICIETE GARANTIE OF
CONDITIE MET BETREKKING TOT HET PRODUCT EN WIJZEN ZIJ SPECIFIEK DE IMPLICIETE
GARANTIES EN CONDITIES OP VERKOOPBAARHEID, ACCEPTABELE KWALITEIT EN
GESCHIKTHEID VOOR EEN BEPAALD DOEL AF.

C. Beperkingen van de aansprakelijkheid

1. Voor zover bij de plaatselijke wetgeving toegestaan zijn de verhaalsmogelijheden die in deze
Beperkte Garantieverklaring (BGV) worden vermeld de enige en exclusieve verhaalsmogelijkheden
van de Klant.

2. VOOR ZOVER DOOR DE PLAATSELIJKE WETGEVING TOEGESTAAN, MET UITZONDERING
VAN DE SPECIFIEKE VERPLICHTINGEN IN DEZE GARANTIEVERKLARING, ZIJN HP EN
LEVERANCIERS (DERDEN) ONDER GEEN BEDING AANSPRAKELIJK VOOR DIRECTE,
INDIRECTE, SPECIALE EN INCIDENTELE SCHADE OF GEVOLGSCHADE, ZIJ HET OP BASIS
VAN CONTRACT, BENADELING OF ENIG ANDERE JURIDISCHE THEORIE EN OF HP AL DAN
NIET VAN DE MOGELIJKHEID VAN DERGELIJKE SCHADE OP DE HOOGTE IS.

M430, M530, M440, M540, M630 series: 90 dagen in de V.S.; elders één jaar.
Alle overige camera’s: Eén jaar.
Voor accessoires (producten en services voor gebruik b ij de camera) die in de
doos bij de camera worden meegeleverd, geldt dezelf de garantie als voor de
camera. Raadpleeg de garantie-informatie op de verpakking van een accessoire
dat afzonderlijk is aangeschaft.

D. Lokale wetgeving

1. Deze BGV biedt de klant spe cifieke juridische rechten. Verder kan de klant over overige rechten
beschikken die in de V.S. van staat tot staat, in Canada van provincie tot provincie en elders v an
land tot land kunnen verschillen.

2. Als deze BGV in strijd is met de lokale wetgeving, geldt dat deze BGV wordt geacht zodanig te zijn
gewijzigd dat deze overeenkomt met de lokale wetgeving. In het kader van der gelijk plaatselijk recht
is het mogelijk dat bepaalde afwijzingen en beperkingen in deze BGV niet op de klant van toepassing
zijn. Zo is het bijvoorbeeld mogelijk dat de federale overheid van de Verenigde Staten, bepaalde
staten van de Verenigde Staten en bepaalde overheden buiten de Verenigde Staten (waaronder
provincies in Canada):

a. De Klant aan vullende garanties biedt;
b. voorkom en dat de afwijzingen en beperkingen in deze BGV de wettelijke rechten van een klant

beperken (bijvoorbeeld het Verenigd Koninkrijk);

c. op andere wijze de mogelijkheid van een fabrikant b eperken om dergelijke niet-

aansprakelijkheidsverklaringen of beperkingen af te dwingen;
d. de duur v an de impliciete garanties bepalen die de fabrikant niet kan afwijzen; of,
e. beperki ngen van de duur van impliciete garanties niet toestaan.

3. De Klant heeft mogelijk aan vullende wettelijke rechten op basis van de aankoopovereenkomst.
Dergelijke rechten worden op geen enkele manier do or deze BGV beïnvloed.

4. Voor consumententransacties in de Verenigde Staten geldt dat de impliciete garanties d ie door de
wet worden opgelegd, alleen geldig zijn gedurende de beperkte periode van de expliciete garantie.

5. DE IN DEZE BGV GESTELDE GARANTIEVOORWAARDEN VORMEN, BEHALVE IN DE
WETTELIJK TOEGESTANE MATE, GEEN UITSLUITING, BEPERKIN G OF WIJZIGING VAN,
MAAR EEN AANVULLING OP DE VERPLICHTE EN WETTELIJK VOORGESCHREVEN RECHTEN
DIE VAN TOEPASSING ZIJN OP DE VERKOOP VAN DIT PRODUCT.

Voorzorgsmaatregelen

• Om het risico van elektrische schokken te vermi jden moet u de behuizing van de camera niet openen
of proberen de camera zelf te repareren. Neem voor reparatie contact op met een ge autoriseerde HP
Service Center.

• Houd de camera droog. Als de camera aan vocht wordt blootgesteld, kan deze beschadigd raken.

• Gebruik de camera niet als er vocht in het apparaat is gekomen. Laat de camera eerst volledig drogen
voordat u deze weer gebruikt.

• Neem voor het wegwerpen van batterijen de instructies voor vernietiging en hergebruik van de fabrikant
van de batterij in acht of volg de richtlijnen op die voor uw regio worden aanbevolen. Batterijen mogen
niet worden verbrand of doorboord.

• Laad niet-oplaadbare batterijen niet opnieuw op.

• Gebruik voor de camera alleen een dock of draadloze dock die is goedgekeurd door HP. Wanneer
u een niet-goedgekeurde dock gebruikt, kan de camera beschadigd raken of kan er een onveilige
situatie ontstaan. Ook wordt de garantie van uw camera hierdoor ongeldig.

Let op: Risico van ontploffing als batterij door onjuist typ e wordt vervangen. Werp gebruikte batterijen
volgens de instructies weg.

A. Extensão da garantia limitada

1. A Hewlett-Packard (HP) garante ao usuário final (Cliente) que os produtos HP (Produto) não
apresentarão defeitos de material e fabricação pelo período especificado acima. O período
de garantia começa na data de compra do produto pelo cl iente.

2. No caso de produtos de software, a garantia limitada da HP cobre apenas falhas de execução
de instruções de programação. A HP não garante que a operação de qualquer produto será
ininterrupta ou livre de erros.

3. A garantia limitada da HP co bre apenas os defeitos que resultem do uso normal de um produto,
e não cobre nenhum outro problema, incluindo aqueles que resultem de:

a. Uso, manutenção, armazenamento, carregamento ou modificação impróprios;
b. Defeitos em qualquer acessório não durável usado com o Produto, tais como vazamento

c. Software, mídia, peças, acessórios, suprimentos, adap tadores ou fontes de alimentação

d. Operações ou outras condições fora das especificações de um produto.

4. Se a HP receber notific ação de defeitos em um produto, durante o período de garantia, a HP,
a critério próprio, consertará ou substituirá o produto def eituoso.

5. Se a HP não puder consertar nem substituir um produto defeituoso coberto pela garantia limitada,
a HP pode, em um período de tempo razoável após ter sido notificada do defeito, oferecer um
produto de desempenho semelhante ou um reembolso do p reço de compra com desconto baseado
no uso e outros fatores apropriados.

6. A HP não terá nenhuma ob rigação de substituir, reparar ou reembolsar até que o cliente devolva
o produto defeituoso e apresente um recibo de compra válido.

7. Produtos de substituição podem ser novos ou seminovos, contanto que apresentem funções no
mínimo equivalentes às do produto sendo substitu ído.

8. Um produto pode conter peças, componentes ou materiais recondicionados com desempenho
equivalente ao de peças novas.

9. A garantia limitada da HP é válida em qualquer país ou localidade onde a HP tenha a presença
de suporte para o produto e onde com ercialize o produto. O nível do serviço de garantia pode variar
de acordo com padrões regionais. Serviços de garantia com upgrade, como substituição no dia
seguinte, serviços e suporte online e proteção contra danos acidentais, podem ser adquiridos na HP.

B. Limitações da garantia

DENTRO DO LIMITE ESTABELECIDO PELAS LEIS LOCAIS, A HP E SEUS DISTRIBUIDORES
NÃO OFERECEM NENHUMA OUTRA GARANTIA OU CONDIÇÃO DE QUALQUER NATUREZA,
SEJAM ELAS GARANTIAS EXPRESSAS OU IMPLÍCITAS, RELACIONADAS A UM PRODUTO,
E ESPECIALMENTE RENUNCIA A QUAISQUER GARANTIAS OU CONDIÇÕES IMPLÍCITAS DE

2. Na medida em que esta declaração de garantia limitada for inconsistente com as leis locais, ela

Precauções de segurança

• Para evitar o risco de choque elétrico, não abr a o corpo da câmera nem tente consertar a câmera você

• Mantenha a câmera seca. A exposição da câmera à umidade excessiva pode prejudicar seu
