2>.Programs needed for firmware upgrade: （软体升级步骤）
1. Create a new folder on your computer, naming the folder to “HP Firmware&Edid&sn”. Save
the firmware and ISP tool in the folder of “HP Firmware&edid&sn”, Decompress the “HP
Firmware&Edid&sn” Firmware Upgrade SOP & firmware.zip” to the folder of “HP”.
（在PC上创建一个新的文件夹，命名为“HP Firmware&Edid&sn”，将软体及ISP烧录软件保存到该文
件夹中。 将软体及烧入sop压缩到文件夹“HP Firmware&Edid&sn”中。）

2. Open the folder of “HP Firmware&edid&sn” after decompressing. then decompress the
“GProbe 5.3.0.1(Firmware update TOOL software). zip” and “LP2475W Firmware&sop”
（解压文件夹“HP Firmware&edid&sn” ，“GProbe 5.3.0.1(Firmware update TOOL software).
zip” 和 “LP2475W Firmware&sop”。）

3. Open the “GProbe 5.3.0.1”, click the “GProbe 5.3.0.1.exe” to install the ISP tool. Don’t stop to
Click the “next” until there is appears “finish”, then click “finish” finally, the ISP tool will install ok.
You can find the “ ” in your desk. Double click it. Then you can run the ISP tool.

4>.Setup before firmware upgrade: （软体升级设置）
1.Connect the port 7 of LPT cable to port 6 of ISP board, port 8(the other port of LPT cable) to LPT
port of PC. （将打印线port 7与ISP卡的port 6连接, port 8(打印线的另一个接口) 与PC LPT 打印口
连接）

Attention: the differences between HP LP2275W F/W Upgrade SOP and HP LP2475W F/W Upgrade SOP
are:1.For HP LP2275W F/W Upgrade, we must connect signal source; 2.for HP LP2475W F/W Upgrade, we
able to don’t have to connect signal source; 3.HP LP2475W has two DIV ports, and to perform F/W Upgrade
we have to choose to connect DIV-1 port (the first DVI port) or the burning will fail. Please refer to the
above picture for connecting.
注意:料号为 715GT034-B 的治具也可以烧录软体，此治具的接线方式请参考 SN 烧录 SOP 连接图片。
HP LP2275W 软体升级的 SOP 与 HP LP2475W 软体升级的 SOP 不同之处是：1. HP LP2275W 软体升级需要连接
信号源，而 HP LP2475W 可以不需要连接信号源。2. HP LP2475W 有两个 DVI 接口，软体升级选择 DVI-1 接口，
否则烧入会失败。请参考以上的图片连接）

1. Open the ISP software “GProbe 5” by double clicking the ICON on the desktop
（双击桌面上的 打开 ISP 软体）
2. Select(选择) “Options”“Connection Setting”“Connection” Device “Parallel”
3. Select “Parallel”, to make Port “0x378”and Clock ”120000” Hz

If show “…… Failed”, means F/W upgrade failed, pls try to repeat A1 to A5 again.
（如果出现“…… Failed”，说明烧入失败，请重复 A1 到 A5）
Turn monitor AC OFF. （关掉显示器 AC 电源）

If show as following, means F/W upgrade successful (around 60 s needed)
If show “…… Failed”, means F/W upgrade failed, pls try to repeat B1 to B5 again.
（如果有接信号,等画面出来后在执行文件 list 中选择“*\ ISP_Forward_SL_only.txt”
“Execute” 。如果显示如下图片，说明软体升级成功，大约需要 60s.如果显示“…… Failed”，说明软
体升级失败，请重试 B1 到 B5 ）如果没有接信号源请直接执行文件 list 中选择“*\
ISP_Forward_SL_only.txt”.
5>.Check the firmware after upgrade(检查软体升级后的版本)
1. Connect the DVI-1 port of the monitor to VGA port of PC or Chroma with the active input.
将信号源或者 PC 连接到显示器的第一 DVI 口(DVI-1). 按 OSD 菜单选择正确的信号 DVI—1.
看画面能否显示.如果可以请执行第二步,不可以,请 AC ON /OFF 再试验,如果还不行,可能是软体
没有升级成功.请再次升级软体.
2. Press "Menu"+ “+” button, don't release it, and make monitor AC off on.
按住MENU 键不放,关掉AC电源,再打开AC电源(AC off on),等画面出来再松手.进入工厂模式.
另外,按 MENU 与加号键不放,关掉 AC 电源,再 AC off on,等画面出来再松手.都可以进入工厂模式.
3. When the monitor Light on, press "Menu" again, we can see the Main Menu showed as bellow
Select Item “F” to enter “factory Menu” to check FW version
等显示器亮起来以后,按 MENU 菜单,能看到下图画面,左下脚带一个”F”标志,按一下”F”键,便进入
工厂菜单“factory Menu”,看 FW VERSION 选项查看软体版本是否为升级后的
版本.

注意:请按 OSD 菜单选择正确的信号 DVI—1.否则将无法显示,因为你输入的是是第一个 DVI 口.
6>.Finish check of the firmware(烧录完软体需要做以下动作)
1. Select “exit”, and press “Menu” button, exit factory Menu
按 MENU 键选择“exit”,退出工厂菜单.
2. Select “Factory Reset” in Main Menu to set the monitor to default mode
选择“Factory Reset”(工厂复位),将所有设置初始化.恢复出厂设置.
3. Select “Exit” in the Main Menu and power switch off the LP2475w monitor
选择 “Exit”, 退出菜单,按电源键关闭显示器.软体升级工作全部结束.
