Affected serial number: Before the SN of CNC9101BRV and CZC91000Y2.
Change reasons: Upgrade the firmware to fix the following issues:

1) Intermittent video flickering and drop-out when LP2475w connects with defective Bizlink
DisplayPort (DP) cable.

2) ASIG and Allion regression test findings

Solution implementation:

The new f/w already phase-in on LP2475w after S/N: CNC9101BRV and CZC91000Y2.

Service action:

This is a mandatory service upgrade for all returns and spare units of LP2475w before the SN of
CNC9101BRV and CZC91000Y2.

Upgrade Instructions:

1. If the SN of returned unit is before CNC9101BRV and CZC91000Y2, do F/W upgrade as
follows.

2. Follow the SOP as attached to do f/w upgrade step-by-step.
