Affected serial number: Before the SN of CNC91105G6 and CZC9100001.
Change reasons: Upgrade the firmware to fix the following issues:

1) Intermittent video flickering and drop-out when LP2275w connects with defective Bizlink
DisplayPort (DP) cable.

2) ASIG and Allion regression test findings

Solution implementation:

The new f/w already phase-in on LP2275w after S/N: CNC91105G6 and CZC9100001.

Service action:

This is a mandatory service upgrade for all returns and spare units of LP2275w before the SN of
CNC91105G6 and CZC9100001.

Upgrade Instructions:

If the SN of returned unit is before CNC91105G6 and CZC9100001, disassemble the affected
unit and check the part number of the scalar board.
a) If the scalar board is 715G2973-1, pls. replace the scalar board by 715G2973-3 directly and

then re-flash the firmware according to the table below.
b) If scalar board is 715G2973-2, pls. refresh the firmware according to the table below.
c) If scalar board is 715G2973-3, pls. refresh the firmware according to the table below.
