your ~otpoint dishwasherautomaticallysensesthe temperature of the water in thewash cycleand heatsit, if necessary,to theproper temperature. For good washing and drying, the enteringwater mustbeat least 120‘F.Toprevent dishwaredamage, inletwater shouldnot exceed150‘F.
Checkyourwatertemperature withacandyormeatthermometer.~rn onthe hot water faucet
nearestthe dishwasher.Put the thermometerin a glassand let the waterfillthe glassuntil thetemperature stops rising. If the water temperature is below120‘F.adjust yourwater heater.
Helpfulhints:If outsidetempera-
turesare unusuallylowor if your watertravelsa long distancefrom heaterto dishwasheryoumay need to setyour heater’sthermostat up.
If you have not used hot water for sometime, thewater in the pipes willbe cold. Turnon the hot water faucetat the sink and allowit to
run untilthe water is hot. Then start the dishwasher. If you’ve recentlydone laundry or run hot waterfor showers, giveyour water heatertime to recoverbefore operatingthe dishwasher.

Second,checkthe phosphate

Yourwaterdepartmentcantell youhowhardyour wateris. So
