Switchbox Wiring

To wire your switchbox please use the following chart as a guide. Your 10-switch switchbox is able to
control up to 8 valves for independent, side, front/rear, and complete movement.

We recommend using quick disconnects and a simple wiring system when installing your switchbox. The
following outline is our recommended method.

1. Wire all switchbox wires with a female quick disconnect. This will allow you to easily disconnect
the switchbox or swap wires if necessary.

2. Wire all posives on fill valves with a female disconnect and all dump valves with a male
disconnect. This allows you to easily idenfy the trigger wires for your valves.

3. Next wire the switch box to the va

lves using male disconnects on the switchbox side and then

male disconnects for dump valves and female disconnects for fill valves.

This simple wiring procedure will help you idenfy wires and make wiring easier. You could oponally
make this more helpful by swapping terminal genders on dump or fill valves on the switchbox side of the
wiring.

8 Valve Air Bag Plumbing & Wiring Diagram

Ignition Wire

Run this wire to an ignition wire (this is a wire that
is only powered when the key is turned to the on
position). This will insure that the air compressor
will not run when the car is turned off and drain
your batteries.
