Insulation Shells
RETROFIT PIPELINE VALVE INSULATION
Application
The VA2510C insulation shells are attached to suitable pipeline
valves after valve installation and setup.
They are suitable for the following Honeywell pipeline valves:
Heating valves
• V5000 Kombi-3-plus RED
• V5010 Kombi-3-plus BLUE
• V5032 Kombi-2-plus
• V5100 Stop-Valve 3
• V9010 Kombi-RSV
Potable water valves
• V181x Alwa-Kombi-4
• V4020 Alwa-FS
• V4120 Alwa-KFR
• V4220 Alwa-R

Design and Material
• The VA2510C insulation shells consist of two half shells
made of dark grey colour EPP (expanded polypropylene)
• The half shells have a swallowtail type snap mechanism so
that no clips or brackets are needed for installation
• They are available in sizes suitable for Honeywell pipelinevalves DN10 to DN50
Markings
• „Honeywell“ on both sides
• DN size on both sides
The insulation shells are also suitable for Alwa valves with
installed draining valve.

• Retrofittable at any time
• Self-clamping
• Suitable for all Honeywell Y-pattern pipeline valves
