Never fly in places full of people, pets or furniture.•
When flying the Millennium NTU, keep enough distance away from people for safety.•
Adult supervision is recommended for age 14 and under.•
Keep the blades away from body parts, even when they aren’t spinning; the blades could be turned on accidentally.•
Binding Procedure of 2.4GHz Radio:
The Millennium NTU utilizes advanced 2.4GHz radio control technology which requires a binding procedure prior to flying with
the original transmitter or if the Millennium NTU is lost/broken and replaced with a new one. Please note: the Millennium NTU
and its transmitter, which are sold together, were already bound to each other by the manufacturer. There is no need to bind
these together prior to use. If at some point it becomes necessary to bind, simply follow these instructions:
1. With the Millennium NTU and transmitter turned off, press down on the left steering trim button and then turn on the
transmitter.
2. Release the left trim button and you will hear a series of tones.
3. Turn on the Millennium NTU during the series of tones, wait for 2 seconds, then move the steering stick. The binding
procedure is accomplished when the red LED on the Millennium NTU’s receiver board becomes solid.
1. Check polarity installation or installed
incorrectly as indicated by the replace with
fresh AA batteries low-battery alarm
2. Fully charge the battery
3. Replace the Millennium NTU
4. Turn on the Millennium NTU

leave the Millennium NTU unattended while charging.
To help protect your Millennium NTU from damage, remember to lower the throttle stick to idle immediately to stop the •
blades if your Millennium NTU is falling over or hitting something.
Battery Cautions for Li-Po Battery:
Charge the battery with the specified built-in charger only. Please carefully follow the charging instructions as described •

Charging Your Millennium NTU:
The Millennium NTU’s charger ensures an accurate charge every time.
During the charge cycle it continually monitors the battery’s current and
voltage.
1. Make sure the transmitter and Millennium NTU power switches are
turned OFF.
2. Attach the transmitter’s charge lead (in the bottom of the
transmitter) into the charging port on the Millennium NTU. Make
sure the red dot on the charge lead faces the rear of the
Millennium NTU to prevent damage to the battery.
3. The LED indicator on the transmitter will be solid when the battery
is being charged and then the LED will flash when the battery is
close to full. The LED will go out when the battery is fully charged.
3
Lifting Off for the First Flight:
1. Pull the throttle stick down to the bottom of its travel and then turn ON the transmitter.
2. Keeping everything clear from the rotors, turn ON the Millennium NTU power switch.
3. Place the Millennium NTU on the ground with the tail pointing toward you.
4. Gently push the throttle stick up; the main rotor will spin up and the Millennium NTU will take off. Climb to 1.0–1.5
meters (3–5 feet) high and hold that height.
If you notice that the Millennium NTU wants to wander/turn to the left or right, some steering adjustments may be necessary.
Note: If you do not have previous helicopter flying experience, we recommend that you hand launch the NTU. This is
easily accomplished by grasping the NTU at the rear of the fuselage below the tail boom while applying throttle. At
approximately ½–¾ throttle, the NTU can be safely released into the air. You may notice the NTU takes up to 2 seconds
for controls to initialize. This is considered normal.
Making Flight Adjustments
(Millennium NTU turns left or right)
The steering trim makes small adjustments to the Millennium NTU’s direction. If the nose (front) turns right, press the opposite
trim to the direction the Millennium NTU is turning. Tones will become softer as more left trim is added and louder as more
right trim is added. A long tone will be heard when the trim is at center. Turns right, trim left; turns left, trim right.

Flight Control:
For smooth control of the Millennium NTU always make small control movements.
Flying up and down: When your Millennium NTU is stable in the air, gently push/pull the throttle stick up/down to make it •
fly higher/lower.
Turning left and right: After you are proficient in controlling the flying height of your Millennium NTU, try turning left/right •
by moving the steering stick in the same direction.
