Related Products

A stronger solvent is used in the ExPoxy® Remover, so it’s a better choice for
cleaning chip bonders and other glues. Another stencil cleaning option is the
BGA Stencil Cleaner pump spray, which is nonammable. MicroCare also offers

Economy Stencil Wipes

General Information

MicroCare’s Economy Stencil Wipes
have been formulated specically for
the economical cleaning of stencils and
misprints. These stencil wpes reduce
costs, boost productivity and protect
the environment.

About the Product

The Economy Wipes feature a special cleaner made by MicroCare, the
MultiClean stencil cleaning uid. This cleaner has been formulated to speed
the safe and affordable cleaning of stencils and misprints. This cleaner is very
effective on most all solder pastes and uxes. Mild and skin-safe, MultiClean
is used on all types of electronics and components, insulators, cables and
connectors, ex circuits, solder masks and metals. It easily removes organic
and ionic residues, light oils and other contaminants.

MultiClean leaves no residues and is safe for people: it’s the only product on
the market with a calculated Personal Exposure Limit greater than 1,000 ppm.
Produced from renewable resources, MultiClean is biodegradable (although
the wipes are not), ozone-safe and has a very low global warming impact.

The presaturated wipes feature the popular “slam-shut” lid, which extends
shelf life even when the package has been opened. This clever, customer­oriented and money-saving feature eliminates dried-out wipes. In addition,
the Economy Wipes also are available in money­saving rells (shown) which typically reduce costs
25% or more. The wipes are made of ultra-clean,
100% hydroentagled polyester which will not lint or
shred, making them an excellent choice for stencils
and misprints.
