SUBJECT SR/SK DIP-Switch Setting on Certain Production Dates

In all listed models produced before January 2006 (Date Code 0601 [YYMM] and
LOWER), the setting of the SR/SK switch (controls whether input terminals are
source or sink type) is incorrect compared to what is documented in the manual.

The correct factory default position for this switch should be “SR” (source) as
shown in the manual. However, these units were shipped with the switch in the
“SK” (sink) position.

All other ratings of SJ200 and L200 were shipped with the switch set correctly.
Customers who receive affected models will simply have to change the switch

position to configure the unit for source inputs, per the manual. If they need sink
inputs, obviously, they will not need to change the switch position.

A Product Advisory is included in the carton of January 2006 through March 2006
production, to help avoid confusion for any users who had received units from
earlier production. After March, the advisory will no longer be inserted in the
carton.
