Checked Low Voltages ( LV) at connector CNPPS for: pin 1 : 30v , pin 4/5 : 5v , pin 8/9 : 12v & pin 12/13 : 10v. Checked STB voltages at CN63 : pin 1 : STB +5v , pin 3 : STB +3.3v
( Checked the voltages of CN807 pin 1 & 6 on the PSU PWB)
( * 1 ) *Reconnecting CN807 and goto next step as follows:
Checked Vs voltage at P5 of Y-SUS CHANGED PWB by removed P1 & P2. Y-SUS PWB BOARD
PPSU PWB BOARD
(Remove Connector P1 from Z-SUS PWB) *Checked the voltages of pin 1 & 6 ,at CN807
(Insert by reconnecting P1 for Z-SUS PWB -
- Remove connector P2 & P3 from PDP42V6 _XR PWB. (referring attached photo ) refer ( * 1 ) OF SAME PAGE.
( Reconnecting CN807 and checked follows) Removed connector CN806 from PSU PWB to PSU PWB BOARD Y-SUS PWB BOARD,checked Vs/Va voltages
- Checked the voltage for Va & Vs from Z-SUS PWB ( referring attached photo )
Removed P1 & P2 connecting of X-left and LVDS(CTRL) PWB Board respectively, and checked and take measure Vs voltage.
( Insert by reconnected P2 & P3 for Z-SUS from PDP42V6_XR BOARD)
- Checked P1 voltages for Va & Vs after removed connecting P1 & P2 from CTRL( LVDS ) PWB. ( referring attached photo illustrated )
Simulated by re-connecting P1/P2 CHECKED and removed P702 from CTRL Board CTRL PWB
CHANGED X-LEFT PWB BOARD CHANGED CTRL PWB
By removed connector of P109,P110 & P111 checked Vs/Va voltages
CHECKED ADM CHIP for any abnormal burnt marks.
( Checked Va & Vs voltages by remove ADM CHIP
PANEL MODULE as photos illustrated.)
Checked CTRL PWB
flexi cables from connecting PDP42V6_XR Board ,
( If the surface appears negative;like burning or if the Va/Vs voltages become normal after isolate from connecting the ADM chip flexi cable )
CHANGED PANEL MODULE ( VGA )
**Checked each ADM chip condition from observing each ADM surface.
