16. POWER CORD PROTECTION : Power-supply co rds should be routed so that they are not likely to be walke d on or pinched by items placed upon or again st them, paying par ticular attention to cords at plugs, convenience receptacles, and t he point where they exit from th e appliance.
17. OUTDOOR ANTENNA GRO UNDING If an outside antenna or cabl e system is connect ed to the TV, be sure the antenna or cable system is grounded to provi de some protectio n against voltage s urges and built-up static charg es. Section 810 of th e National Electr ical Code, ANSI/NFPA NO.70,provides inform ation with respec t to proper groundi ng of the mast and supporting st ructure, ground ing of the lead-in wire to an anten na discharge unit , size of grounding conduct ors, location of antenna discharge unit, c onnection to grou nding electrodes, and require ments for the groun ding electrode.(Fig.A)
18. LIGHTNING: For added pr otection for this T V receiver during a l ightning storm, o r when it is left unatt ended and unused for long periods o f time, unplug it fro m the wall outlet and disconnec t the antenna or cabl e system. This will prevent damage to t he TV due to lightnin g and power line surges.
19. POWER LINES: An outside antenna system should no t be located in the vic inity of overhead p ower lines, or other electric light or power circuits, or w here it can fall into s uch power lines or circuits. When installing an outs ide antenna syste m, extreme care should be take n to keep from touchi ng such power lines or circuits as contact with them mig ht be fatal.
20. OVERLOADING: Do not ove rload wall outlet s and extension cords as this can result in a risk of fire or el ectric shock.
21. OBJECT AND LIQUID ENTRY: Never push objects of any kin d into this TV throug h openings as they ma y touch dangerous voltage points or short out p arts that could res ult in fire or electric shock. Never spill liquid of any k ind into the TV.
22. SERVICING: Do not at tempt to service this TV yourself as opening or removi ng covers may expos e you to dangerous voltage or other hazards. R efer all servicin g to qualified service personnel.
23. REPL ACEMENT PARTS : When replacement parts are required, be sure the ser vice technician u ses replacement p arts specified by the manufact urer that have the sa me characteristics as the original part. Setting up
Pedesta l Installation I nstruction
1. Lay th e soft froth o n the table wh ich can hold e nough weig ht of the whol e TV in c ase of causi ng damage to TV or pe rson.
2. Put th e TV on t he froth ,wi th its back up wards and th e LCD downwa rds.
3. Take out the pe destal, an d insert the p edestal in to the TV sui tably, then put th e pedestal to relevant position of the
  TV set unt il all the hol es match eac h other comp letely.
4. Fasten the p edestal an d the TV set togeth er with scre ws.
5. Erect the TV set, a nd put it on the p roper posi tion for wat ching.

Display the onscreen display(OSD) or Exit to close the OSD.
Select the input source. Press INPUT to open the list of input sources.
Raise or lower the sound level. In an OSD menu, press these buttons to move right or left in the menu or to adjust an item.
Select the next higher or lower channel. In an OSD menu, press these buttons to move up or down in the menu.
Press to turn your TV on or off (standby mode).
The light shows whether the TV is on or standby mode.
Receives signals from the remote control. Please do not block.
