1. Handhabung

1.1 Vorbereitung 

– Untergrund muß staub- und fettfrei sein.
– Untergrund gut vorfeuchten.
– Dosen, Dosiergerät, Untergrund und Umgebungs-

temperatur zwischen +5°C und +30°C.

– Schaumdose kräftig schütteln.

1.2 Dosenadaption 

– Schaumdose auf Geräteadapter aufschrauben.

1.3 Geräteeinstellung 

– Arretierung am Abzughebel entriegeln (Gerät ist ent-

sichert).

1.4 Inbetriebnahme 

– Schaumausbringung sowie Dosierung erfolgt über

(dosiertes) Drücken des Abzughebels und kann mit­tels Drehknopf begrenzt werden.

Wichtig: erste Inbetriebnahme

Bei einem fabrikneuen Gerät Abzughebel ca. 3 Sekun­den voll durchdrücken, damit das Gerät durchgespült
wird!

Wichtig: Arbeitsunterbrechung
Bei jeder Arbeitsunterbrechung muß das Gerät mit
Dose nochmals geschüttelt werden.

Dosenwechsel

– (Nur bei entleerten Dosen notwendig).
– Arretierung am Abzughebel verriegeln. (Gerät ist gesi-

chert).

– Dose abschrauben und innerhalb max. 1 Minute durch

neue, geschüttelte Dose ersetzen.

Somit ist das Dosiergerät nicht zu reinigen und sofort
wieder einsatzbereit.

Wichtig:
– Dosen niemals gewaltsam vom Adapter losreissen,

sondern mit Nylonhammer durch leichte Schläge
auf den Adapter lösen.

– Das Gerät ist immer mit einer Dose bestückt!

1.5 Gerätesicherung

– Arretierung am Abzughebel verriegeln. (Gerät ist gesi-

chert).

Wichtig:
Reinigung nur bei zu geringem Durchfluß.
Nach der Reinigung muß das Dosiergerät innerhalb
max. 1 Minute wieder mit einer Dose bestückt werden.
Reinigung darf nicht bei jedem Dosenwechsel erfolgen.

Vorbereitung

– Dose abschrauben.
– Bitte beachten, daß der Untergrund und die Umge-

bung nicht verschmutzt werden.

Reinigung  – 

– Reiniger CFR1 auf Adapter aufschrauben, kräftig durch-

spülen, bis nur noch klarer Reiniger austritt.

– Reiniger ca. 30 Minuten auf dem Adapter belassen,

damit der restliche Schaum im Gerät vollständig auf­gelöst wird, dann nochmals durchspülen.

– Reinigung der Düsenspitze kann mit einem Messer

durchgeführt werden.

– Reinigung des Adapters nicht mit einem harten Gegen-

stand durchführen.

– Nach dem Entfernen der Reinigerdose verbleibt ein

Restdruck im Dosiergerät. Der Abzughebel darf erst
nach dem Aufsetzen einer Schaumdose wieder betätigt
werden.

– Nach der Reinigung innerhalb max. 1 Minute eine Dose

Schaum auf das Gerät aufschrauben.

– Sofort Abzughebel 3 Sekunden betätigen, damit der

restliche Reiniger ausgespült wird.

Wichtig:
– Das Gerät wurde so konzipiert, daß bei vorschrifts-

gemässer Benutzung selten bis gar nicht gereinigt
werden muss.

3. Herstellergewährleistung Geräte

Hilti gewährleistet, dass das gelieferte Gerät frei von
Material- und Fertigungsfehler ist. Diese Gewährleis­tung gilt unter der Voraussetzung, dass das Gerät in
Übereinstimmung mit der Hilti Bedienungsanleitung
richtig eingesetzt und gehandhabt, gepflegt und ge­reinigt wird, und dass die technische Einheit gewahrt
wird, d.h. dass nur Original Hilti Verbrauchsmaterial,
Zubehör und Ersatzteile mit dem Gerät verwendet wer­den.

Diese Gewährleistung umfasst die kostenlose Repa­ratur oder den kostenlosen Ersatz der defekten Teile
während der gesamten Lebensdauer des Gerätes. T eile,
die dem normalen Verschleiss unterliegen, fallen nicht
unter diese Gewährleistung.

Weitergehende Ansprüche sind ausgeschlossen,
soweit nicht zwingende nationale Vorschriften ent-

gegenstehen. Insbesondere haftet Hilti nicht für
unmittelbare oder mittelbare Mangel- oder Man­gelfolgeschäden, Verluste oder Kosten im Zusam­menhang mit der Verwendung oder wegen der Un­möglichkeit der Verwendung des Gerätes für ir­gendeinen Zweck. Stillschweigende Zusicherungen
für Verwendung oder Eignung für einen bestimmten
Zweck werden ausdrücklich ausgeschlossen.

Für Reparatur oder Ersatz sind Gerät oder betroffene
Teile unverzüglich nach Feststellung des Mangels an
die zuständige Hilti Marktorganisation zu senden.

Die vorliegende Gewährleistung umfasst sämtliche
Gewährleistungsverpflichtungen seitens Hilti und er­setzt alle früheren oder gleichzeitigen Erklärungen,
schriftlichen oder mündlichen Verabredungen betref­fend Gewährleistung.

– Bitte beachten, daß das Gerät immer mit einer Dose

bestückt ist.

Gerätelagerung (stehend od. liegend) stets mit auf­geschraubter Dose.
(sonst Gefahr der Innenaushärtung)

Behälter steht unter Druck. Vor Sonneneinstrahlung
und T emperaturen über +50°C schützen.

Drehknopf für Schaumstrangdosierung. Drehen nach
links nur bis Symbol (Ausnehmung) sichtbar wird.

– Schutzbrille und Handschuhe tragen

It is essential that the operating instructions
are read before the tool is operated for the
first time.

Always keep these operating instructions
together with the tool.

Ensure that the operating instructions are with
the tool when it is given to other persons.

1. Handling

1.1 Preparation 

– The substrate must be free of dust, grease and oil.
– The substrate must be thoroughly premoistened.
– The can, dispenser, substrate and ambient tempera-

ture must be between +5°C and +30°C.

– Thoroughly shake the foam can.

1.2 Mounting the can 

– Screw the foam can onto the dispenser adaptor .

1.3 Dispenser regulation 

– Release the trigger safety catch (tool is unlocked).

1.4 Use 

– Varying pressure on the trigger controls the foam yield

and dosing the foam. This can also be restricted by
the rotary adjustment knob.

Important: Initial use

If a dispenser is straight from the factory, fully depress
the trigger for about 3 seconds to completely flush
through the dispenser .

Important: Work break
After every work break, the dispenser with the can
must be thoroughly shaken again.

Changing a can

– (This is only necessary if a can is empty.)
–

Close the trigger safety catch (tool is locked).

– Screw off the can and screw on a new one thorough-

ly shaken can within one minute. If this is done, the
dispenser need not be cleaned and is immediately rea­dy for use.

Important:
– Never use force to remove the can from the adaptor .

If necessary, loosen the can by tapping the adaptor
lightly with a nylon hammer .

– A can should always be screwed on the dispenser .

Important:
The dispenser should only be cleaned if the through­put is too small.
After cleaning, a can must be screwed onto the dispen­ser within one minute.
The dispenser must not be cleaned every time a can
is changed.

Preparation

– Screw off the can.
– Make sure that the substrate and the surroundings are

not fouled.

Cleaning  – 

– Screw the CFR 1 cleaner onto the adaptor. Thoroug-

hly flush the dispenser until only clear cleaner emer­ges.

– Leave the cleaner about 30 minutes on the adaptor so

that the foam remaining in the dispenser completly

dissolves. Flush through again.
– The nozzle tip can be cleaned with a knife.
– Don’t clean the adaptor using a hard object.
– The dispenser remains under pressure after the clea-

ner can has been removed. The trigger may be ope-

rated only after a foam can has been fitted.
– Screw a can onto the dispenser within 1minute after

cleaning.
– Immediately pull the trigger for 3 seconds to remove

any remaining cleaner .

Important:
– The dispenser has been designed in such way that

cleaning is seldom or never required if used pro-

perly.

– Make sure that there is always a can screwed on the

dispenser.

Always store the dispenser in upright or lying posi­tion with the can screwed on. (Otherwise there is a
risk of the contents curing.)

The can is under pressure.
Protect it from the sun and temperatures above +50°C.

Knob to adjust the bead of foam. T urn to the left only
until the symbol (recess) appears.

– Don’t point the dispenser at anyone.
– Always wear protective gloves and goggles.
– Don’t damage the dispenser or can.
– Avoid foam contact with the skin.
– Keep out of the reach of children.

3. Manufacturer’ s warranty – tools

Hilti warrants that the tool supplied is free of defects
in material and workmanship. This warranty is valid so
long as the tool is operated and handled correctly,
cleaned and serviced properly and in accordance with
the Hilti Operating Instructions, and the technical sys­tem is maintained. This means that only original Hilti
consumables, components and spare parts may be
used in the tool.

This warranty provides the free-of-charge repair or
replacement of defective parts only over the entire lifes­pan of the tool. Parts requiring repair or replacement
as a result of normal wear and tear are not covered by
this warranty.

Additional claims are excluded, unless stringent
national rules prohibit such exclusion. In particular ,

Hilti is not obligated for direct, indirect, incidental
or consequential damages, losses or expenses in
connection with, or by reason of, the use of, or inabil­ity to use the tool for any purpose. Implied warranties
of merchantability or fitness for a particular purpose
are specifically excluded.

For repair or replacement, send tool or related parts
immediately upon discovery of the defect to the address
of the local Hilti marketing organization provided.

This constitutes Hilti's entire obligation with regard to
warranty and supersedes all prior or contemporane­ous comments and oral or written agreements con­cerning warranties.

2. Cleaning

Avant de mettre l'appareil en marche, lire
impérativement son mode d'emploi et bien
respecter les consignes.

Le présent mode d'emploi doit toujours

1. Utilisation

1.1 Préparation 

– Le support doit être exempt de poussière et de toute

trace de graisse.
– Bien humidifier au préalable le support.
– Les températures de l’aérosol, du pistolet-applicateur ,

du support et la température ambiante doivent être

comprises entre +5 et +30°C.
– Secouer vigoureusement l’aérosol de mousse.

1.2 Montage de l’aérosol 

– Visser l’aérosol sur l’adaptateur du pistolet-applicateur .

1.3 Réglage de l’appareil 

– Débloquer le dispositif d’arrêt sur le levier (l’appareil

est déverrouillé).

1.4 Utilisation 

– Appuyer progressivement sur la détente pour bien

contrôler et doser le débit de mousse qui peut être

limité avec la vis de réglage.

Important: première utilisation

Si le pistolet-applicateur est tout neuf, appuyer com­plètement sur la détente pendant environ 3 secondes
pour bien rincer l’appareil!

Important: interruption du travail
Après chaque interruption de travail, il est nécessai­re de secouer encore une fois le pistolet-applicateur
avec l’aérosol dessus.

Remplacement de l’aérosol

– L ’aérosol ne doit être remplacé que sil est vide.)
– Bloquer le dispositif d’arrêt sur le levier (l’appareil est

verrouillé).
– Dévisser l’aérosol et le remplacer par un nouveau après

l’avoir secoué, en moins d’une minute.
Il n’y a ainsi pas besoin de nettoyer le pistolet-applica-

teur qui peut être réutilisé immédiatement.

Important:
– Ne jamais forcer pour enlever l’aérosol de l’adap-

tateur; il est possible de le décoincer en donnant de

légers coups de massette à embout nylon sur l’ad-

aptateur.
– Un aérosol doit toujours être monté sur le pistolet-

applicateur

1.5 Verrouillage de l’appareil 

– Bloquer le dispositif d’arrêt sur le levier (l’appareil est

verrouillé).

Important:
– Le pistolet-applicateur a été conçu de telle maniè-

re qu’il n’ait pratiquement jamais besoin d’être net-

toyé ou alors seulement rarement!
– Bien s’assurer que l’aérosol est toujours bien montée

sur le pistolet-applicateur .

Déposer le pistolet (droit ou couché) qu’avec l’aéro­sol visé dessus. Faute de quoi la mousse peut dur­cir dans le pistolet.

Récipient sous pression. A ne pas exposer au rayon­nement solaire et à des températures supérieures à
50°C.

Vis de réglage du débit de mousse. Attention de ne
pas dépasser le marquage en tournant la vis à gauche.

– Porter des lunettes et des gants de protection appro-

priés pour l’application.
– Ne pas abîmer le pistolet et l’aérosol.
– Eviter tout contact avec la peau.
– Hautkontakt mit Schaum vermeiden
– T enir hors de portée des enfants!

3. Garantie constructeur des appareils

Hilti garantit l'appareil contre tout vice de matières et
de fabrication. Cette garantie s'applique à condition
que l'appareil soit utilisé et manipulé, nettoyé et entre­tenu correctement, en conformité avec le mode d'em­ploi Hilti, et que l'intégrité technique soit préservée,
c'est-à-dire sous réserve de l'utilisation exclusive de
consommables, accessoires et pièces de rechange
d'origine Hilti.

Cette garantie se limite strictement à la réparation gra­tuite ou au remplacement gracieux des pièces défec­tueuses pendant toute la durée de vie de l'appareil. Elle
ne couvre pas les pièces soumises à une usure nor­male.

T outes autres revendications sont exclues pour autant
que des dispositions légales nationales impératives

ne s'y opposent pas. En particulier, Hilti ne saurait
être tenu pour responsable de toutes détériorations,
pertes ou dépenses directes, indirectes, acciden­telles ou consécutives, en rapport avec l'utilisation
ou dues à une incapacité à utiliser l'appareil dans
quelque but que ce soit. Hilti exclut en particulier
les garanties implicites concernant l'utilisation et
l'aptitude dans un but bien précis.

Pour toute réparation ou tout échange, renvoyer l'ap­pareil ou les pièces concernées au réseau de vente Hil­ti compétent, sans délai, dès constatation du défaut.

La présente garantie couvre toutes les obligations d'Hil­ti et annule et remplace toutes les déclarations anté­rieures ou actuelles, de même que tous accords oraux
ou écrits concernant des garanties.

2. Nettoyage

Important:
Ne nettoyer le pistolet-applicateur que si le débit de
mousse est trop faible.
Après avoir nettoyé le pistolet-applicateur , il est tou­jours nécessaire de remonter l’aérosol dessus en
moins d’une minute.
Il n’y a pas besoin de nettoyer le pistolet-applicateur
chaque fois que vous remplacez l’aérosol.

Préparation

– Dévisser l’aérosol
– Bien s’assurer que le support et le milieu ambiant sont

parfaitement propres.

Utilisation  – 

– Après avoir nettoyé le pistolet-applicateur, visser l’aéro-

sol de mousse dessus en moins d’une minute.

– Avant de commencer à travailler , actionner la détente

pendant 3 secondes pour bien enlever le reste de net­toyant.

Important:
– Le pistolet-applicateur a été conçu de telle maniè-

re qu’il n’ait pratiquement jamais besoin d’être net­toyé ou alors seulement rarement!

– Le nettoyage de la pointe de buse peut s’effectuer

à l’aide d’un couteau.

– Bien s’assurer que l’aérosol est toujours bien monté

sur le pistolet-applicateur .

– Après avoir nettoyé le pistolet-applicateur, visser l’aéro-

sol de mousse dessus en moins d’une minute.

– Immédiatement actionner la détente pendant 3 secon-

des pour bien enlever le reste de nettoyant.

1. Istruzioni d’uso

1.1 Preparazione 

– Assicurarsi che il fondo in lavorazione sia completa-

mente privo di polvere, grasso e olio.
– Inumidire completamente il fondo in lavorazione pri-

ma di applicare il prodotto.
– La temperatura della bombola, dell'erogatore e dell'am-

biente durante l'applicazione dovrà essere compresa

tra + 5 e + 30 'C.
– Agitare bene la bombola prima dell'uso.

1.2 Montaggio della bombola 

– Avvitare la bombola di schiuma sulla ghiera dell'ero-

gatore.

1.3 Regolazione dell’erogatore 

– Rilasciare il pulsante della sicura (l’erogatore viene

così sbloccato).

1.4 Messa in funzione 

– V ariando la pressione sul grilletto è possibile con-

trollare la fuoriuscita della schiuma e la quantità della

schiuma erogata. È possibile inoltre fissare l'eroga-

zione del prodotto ruotando la manopola posta all'e-

stremità dell'erogatore.

Importante: Primo utilizzo

Nel caso di nuovo erogatore premere a fondo il grillet­to per circa tre secondi perché la schiuma possa fluire
completamente all'interno dell'erogatore.

Importante: Interruzioni di lavoro
Dopo ogni interruzione di lavoro, l'erogatore con la
bombola dovrà essere agitato bene prima del nuovo
utilizzo.

Cambiare la bombola

– (Questa operazione è necessaria solo se la bombola

è vuota).
– Chiudere il pulsante della sicura (l’erogatore viene così

bloccato).
– Svitare la bombola esaurita ed immediatamente dopo

(entro 1 minuto) avvitare a fondo la bombola nuova,

preventivamente agitata.
Se queste indicazioni vengono eseguite precisamente,

l'erogatore non ha bisogno di essere pulito ed è imme­diatamente pronto per l'utilizzo.

Importante:
– Non sforzare la bombola per rimuoverla dal suo

alloggiamento. Se necessario, colpire leggermen-

te la bombola con un martello di nylon.
– Mantenere sempre una bombola avvitata sull'ero-

gatore.

1.5 Chiusura dell’erogatore 

– Chiudere il pulsante della sicura (l’erogatore viene così

bloccato).
