1. Disconnect the black nylon 5/32” air hose from the old pump.

2. Disconnect and discard the steel upper fluid outlet tube.

3. Disconnect the steel lower fluid inlet tube from the old pump.

4. Remove the old pump from the timer housing.

5. Remove the fluid inlet and fluid outlet fittings from the old pump.

6. Remove the air inlet fitting from the old pump.

7. Insert the brass reducing bushing (supplied with replacement kit) into the upper port of the new pump.

8. Insert the fluid inlet & outlet fittings, removed from the old pump, into the new pump as shown below.

9. Insert the air inlet fitting, removed from the old pump into the new pump as shown below.

10. Mount the new pump into the timer housing.

11. Reconnect the black nylon 5/32” air hose and the steel lower fluid inlet tube to the new pump.

12. Connect the new steel fluid outlet tube (supplied with replacement kit) between the tub and the new pump.
