INSTALLATION INSTRUCTIONS

11972 CONVERSION KIT 10524 TO 338

1) Disconnect shop air line from Gun Washer.

2) Drain and clean inside of tub.

3) Disconnect the black 5/32” nylon air hose from the lid safety switch.

4) Disconnect the blue rubber fluid hoses connected to the old pump from the tub.

5) Remove the old pump from the timer housing.

Note: Do no discard 1/4" mounting hardware. This hardware will be used to mount the new pump.

6) Attach the new black 5/32" nylon air hose (included in the parts bag) to the air inlet fitting on the new
pump assembly.

7) Using the 1/4" mounting hardware from the old pump, mount the new pump into the timer housing.

8) Connect the steel fluid tubes (included in parts bag) between the pump and the tub.

Note: Some adjustment may be necessary. If tubes
do not line up, loosen 1/4 nuts connecting the timer
housing to stand before connecting the tubes.

9) Reconnect the black 5/32 nylon air tubing to the open
port of the lid safety switch.
