General Information

HMR-127 two-tier self-serve heated merchandiser, 7 wells.

Henny Penny HMR heated merchandisers are designed to provide the ultimate in flexibility and performance for displaying and serving fresh hot foods.

whole new level of presentation capacity in the same amount of space. Units feature a stainless steel lower deck and slim stainless steel wire grid upper tier that lets heat circulate freely throughout the case. This design virtually eliminates the visual interruption of bulky solid shelves, maximizing customer sightlines and allowing the brilliant overhead halogen lighting to enhance product presentation on both levels. In addition, four different profiles are available to help you match existing cases.

The HMR 120 Series can be ordered in 3, 5, and 7-well self-serve configurations. Merchandiser bases are available in Profile or Pedestal styles in several heights and colors. (See separate Data Sheet.)

Bidding Specifications

• Provide Henny Penny Model HMR-120 Series Heated Merchandiser in 3, 5, or 7well configuration. All units shall be supplied as two-tier merchandisers consisting of lower deck and upper shelf display areas.

• All units are self-serve with partial front glass specified in any of four available glass profiles, standard.

Continuing product improvement may subject specifications to change without notice.

• Materials—interior and exterior of stainless steel and tempered glass.

• Upper tier is stainless steel wire grid. Grid shelves and pan supports are removable for easy cleaning.

• Merchandiser bases are not included. See separate specifications sheet.

• Units shall have rear-mounted control panel above wells with LED digital display. Upper
