Diese Bedienungsanleitung gehört ausschließlich zu diesen Produkten.
Sie enthält wichtige Hinweise zur Inbetriebnahme und Handhabung der Transformatoren.
Achten Sie deshalb auf diese Bedienungsanleitung, auch wenn Sie dieses Produkt an Dritte
weitergeben.

Deshalb ist es wichtig, dass Sie diese Anleitung zum späteren Nachlesen gut aufbewahren.

1. Einführung

Sehr geehrter Kunde, vielen Dank dass Sie sich für den kauf unseres Produktes entschieden haben.
Sie haben ein Produkt aus dem Hause Vollmer erworben, welches nach dem heutigen Stand der Technik
gebaut wurde.
Der Transformator erfüllt die Anforderungen der geltenden europäischen und nationalen Richtlinien.
Um den Zustand des Produktes zu erhalten und einen gefahrlosen Betrieb sicherzustellen, müssen Sie als
Anwender diese Bedienungsanleitung beachten!

2. Sicherheitshinweise

 Bei Schäden, die durch Nichtbeachten dieser Bedienungsanleitung verursacht werden,

erlischt der Gewährleistungsanspruch!

 Für Folgeschäden übernehmen wir keine Haftung!
 Bei Beschädigungen am Transformator ist die Inbetriebnahme strengstens untersagt.
 Kinder nicht unbeaufsichtigt im Bereich des Transformators oder anderen elektrischen Geräten spielen

lassen.

 Bringen Sie den Transformator nicht mit extremer Hitze oder offener Flamme in Kontakt.
 Das gesamte Produkt darf nicht verändert oder umgebaut werden. Veränderungen am Transformator

führen zum Erlöschen der Gewährleistung.

 Das Typenschild darf nicht entfernt werden.
 Die Ausgangsstromkreise müssen nach den nationalen Errichtungsbestimmungen installiert und

geschützt werden

3. Bestimmungsgemäße Verwendung

Der Transformator ist für den Einsatz in trockenen und geschützten Innenbereichen konstruiert.

Dieses Produkt darf:

 nur mit einer Spannung von 230V ~50Hz betrieben werden.
 nur entsprechend der Schutzklasse II (zwei) angeschlossen werden.
 nur auf einem stabilen, ebenen und kippfesten Untergrund fest montiert betrieben werden.
 nur auf normal bzw. nicht entflammbaren Flächen betrieben werden.
 keinen starken mechanischen Beanspruchungen oder starker Verschmutzung ausgesetzt werden.

4. Vor der Installation/Inbetriebnahme

 Der Transformator darf nur außerhalb der Verpackung betrieben werden.
 Nehmen Sie den Transformator vorsichtig aus der Verpackung.
 Bevor Sie den Transformator in Betrieb nehmen, versichern Sie sich, dass dieser auf dem

Transportweg nicht beschädigt wurde. Bei Beschädigung an elektrischen Teilen darf der Transformator
nicht betrieben werden. Reparaturen dürfen ausschließlich durch den Elektro-Fachmann ausgeführt
werden.

 Verpackungsmaterial von Kindern und Haustieren fernhalten. Erstickungsgefahr!

5. Installation/Inbetriebnahme

 Dieses Produkt darf ausschließlich von einer qualifizierten Elektrofachkraft installiert werden.
 Vor der Installation müssen die gebäudeseitigen Anschlussleitungen spannungsfrei geschaltet und

gegen Wiedereinschalten gesichert werden. Lösen Sie hierzu den entsprechenden
Sicherungsautomaten der Hausinstallation aus.

 Achten Sie darauf, dass der Untergrund geeignet ist das Gewicht des Transformators dauerhaft und

zuverlässig zu tragen.

 Schließen Sie nun die Anschlussleitungen der Hausinstallation an die Schraubklemmen des Transformators

an. In der Regel ist das braune (oder schwarze) Kabel der Phasenleiter, schließen Sie diesen an die mit „L“
gekennzeichnete Klemme an. Der blaue Leiter muss an die mit „N“ gekennzeichnete Klemme angeschlossen
werden.

 Die angegebenen Belastungen des Transformators dürfen nicht überschritten werden
 Dieser Transformator verfügt über einen internen Schutz gegen normale Stoß- und Störspannungen.

Vermeiden Sie es, den Transformator an Netze mit hohen Induktionsströmen oder wiederholten
größeren Stoßspannungen anzuschließen.

 Der Transformator sollte möglichst nahe an den Leuchten/Panels montiert werden. Es ist ein

Mindestabstand von 30cm einzuhalten. Aufgrund der Eigenerwärmung des Transformators ist eine
ausreichende Belüftung der Montagestelle erforderlich.

 Beachten Sie Umgebungs- und Gehäusetemperatur des Transformators
 Ausgangsleitungen sollten getrennt und im Abstand zu anderen Leitungen verlegt werden. Die

Netzanschlussleitungen und die Lampenzuleitungen dürfen sich nicht kreuzen.

 Kabel nicht knicken; bitte darauf achten, dass die Kabel und Stecker frei von Zug- und Drehkräften

sind. Schützen Sie alle Kabel und Isolierungen vor eventuellen Beschädigungen.

 Kontrollieren Sie nochmals den ordnungsgemäßen Anschluss.
 Schalten Sie den Sicherungsautomaten der Hausinstallation wieder ein.

6. Funktionsstörungen

Transformator schaltet nicht ein

 Sicherung nach Montage wieder eingeschaltet?
 Trafo korrekt montiert und verbunden?
 Kontrolle der angeschlossenen Leitungen

Transformatoren können während des Betriebes ein leichtes Summgeräusch verursachen

8. Pflege

 Schalten Sie erst das gesamte Produkt spannungsfrei bevor Sie Reinigungs- oder Pflegemaßnahmen

an dem Produkt vornehmen.

 Verwenden Sie zur Reinigung ein trockenes oder leicht angefeuchtetes Tuch.
 Niemals Chemikalien oder Scheuermittel zur Reinigung verwenden.

These operating instructions apply exclusively to these products.
They contain important instructions for commissioning and handling the transformers.
Please therefore follow these operating instructions, even if you pass this product on to third
parties.

It is important for this reason that you keep these instructions in a safe place to read later.

1. Introduction

Dear Customer,
Many thanks for deciding to buy our product.
You have obtained a product from the Vollmer Company and this product has been manufactured in
compliance with the state of the art technology.
The transformer meets the requirements of the European and national directives currently in force.
As a user, you must follow these operating instructions to maintain the condition of the product and to
operate it safely!

2. Safety notes

 Damage caused by non-compliance with these operating instructions, invalidates all warranty claims!
 We undertake no liability for consequent damages!
 Commissioning the transformer is strictly forbidden if there is damage.
 Never let children play unattended near the transformer or other electrical devices.
 Do not expose the transformer to extreme heat or open flames.
 The entire product must not be converted or modified. Changes if made to the transformer shall

invalidate the warranty.

 The rating plate must not be removed.
 The output power circuits must be installed and protected in compliance with the national regulations

for installation.

3. Intended Use

The transformer is constructed for use in dry and protected inside areas.

This product may:

 only be operated with a voltage of 230V ~50Hz.
 only be connected in compliance with the protection class II (two).
 only be operated when it is firmly attached to a stable, level and tilt-free base.
 only be operated on normal or non-inflammable surfaces.
 not be exposed to strong mechanical loads or large amounts of dirt.

4. Before installation/commissioning

 The transformer may only be operated after removing the packaging.
 Take the transformer carefully out of the packaging.
 Before commissioning the transformer make sure that it has not been damaged in transit. The

transformer must not be operated if the electrical components have been damaged. Repairs may only
be undertaken by a specialist electrician.

 Keep the packaging material well away from children and household pets. Danger of suffocation!

5. Installation/Commissioning

 This product may only be installed by a qualified specialist electrician.
 Before the installation is done, the connection lines to the building must be disconnected from the

power supply and protected against being switch on accidently. Take the appropriate automatic circuit
breakers out of the junction box in the building.

 Make sure that the foundation is suitable to carry the weight of the transformer, permanently and

reliably.

 Proceed by wiring up the connection lines of the building installation at the screw terminals of the

transformer. The brown (or black) cable is usually the phase conductor. Connect this to the terminal
marked with an "L". The blue conductor must be connected to the terminal marked with an "N".

 The stated load thresholds of the transformer must not be exceeded.
 This transformer has internal protection against normal voltage surges and interference voltages. Avoid

connecting transformers to the mains networks that have high induction currents or large repeated
surge voltages.

 The transformer should be connected to the lights/panels as closely as possible. A minimum clearance

of 30cm cm has to be observed. Sufficient ventilation at the place of installation is necessary because
of the inherent heating of the transformer.

 Please keep a watch on the ambient temperature and the housing temperature of the transformer
 Output lines should be separated and laid at a distance from other lines. The power connection lines

and the lines connected to the lighting should not cross over each other.

 Do not bend the cable; make sure that the cable and the plug are free from any tractive and torsional

forces. Protect all cables and insulations from any possible damage.

 Check the proper connections once again.
 Switch on the circuit breakers of the junction box in the building once again.

6. Functional faults

The transformer does not switch on

 Has the fuse been switched on again after assembly?
 Is the transformer correctly assembled and connected?
 Check the connected lines

Transformers can cause a slight buzzing sound during operations.

1. Introduction

Cher client, merci d'avoir fait l'acquisition de notre produit.
Vous avez acheté un produit issu de la société Vollmer construit selon l'état actuel de la technique.
Le transformateur satisfait à toutes les exigences des directives européennes et nationales en vigueur.
Afin de conserver l'état du produit et d'assurer un fonctionnement sans danger, vous devez en tant
qu'utilisateur respecter ce mode d'emploi !

2. Instructions de sécurité

 En cas de dommages résultant d'un non respect de ce mode d'emploi, l'exigence de garantie s'annule !
 Nous ne sommes en aucun cas responsables de tous dommages consécutifs !
 La mise en service du transformateur est interdite en cas de détériorations.
 Ne pas laisser jouer les enfants sans surveillance à proximité immédiate du transformateur ou d'autres

appareils électriques.

 Ne pas mettre le transformateur en contact avec une chaleur extrême ou une flamme ouverte.
 Le produit dans sa totalité ne doit pas être modifié ou transformé. Toute modification sur le

transformateur conduit à une annulation de la prestation de garantie.

 La plaque signalétique ne doit pas être retirée.
 Les circuits électriques de sortie doivent être installés et protégés selon les prescriptions de

construction nationales.

3. Utilisation conforme

Le transformateur est conçu pour une utilisation en intérieur dans des lieux secs et protégés.

Ce produit ne peut :

 fonctionner que sous une tension de 230 V ~50 Hz.
 n'être branché que selon la classe de protection II (deux).
 n'être monté de manière fixe que sur un support stable, plan et ne basculant pas.
 fonctionner que sur des surfaces normalement inflammables voire ininflammables.
 être soumis à aucune contrainte mécanique forte ou à des salissures extrêmes.

4. Avant l'installation / Mise en service :

 Le transformateur doit être uniquement utilisé hors de son emballage.
 Sortez avec précaution le transformateur de son emballage.
 Avant de mettre le transformateur en service, assurez-vous que celui-ci n'a pas été abîmé lors de son

transport. En cas de détériorations sur des éléments électriques, la mise en service du transformateur
est absolument interdite. Les réparations ne doivent être effectuées que par un spécialiste en
électricité.

 Gardez le matériau d'emballage hors de portée des enfants et des animaux domestiques. Danger de

suffocation!

5. Installation / Mise en service

 Ce produit ne doit être installé que par un électricien qualifié.
 Avant l'installation, les lignes de connexion du bâtiment doivent être mises hors tension et sécurisées

contre une remise en marche. Désactivez pour ceci les automates de fusibles de l'installation
électrique.

 Veillez à ce que la surface de support puisse supporter pendant une longue durée et en toute fiabilité le

poids du transformateur.

 Connectez les lignes de connexion de l'installation électrique domestique aux pinces à vis du transformateur.

En général, le câble marron (ou noir) est le fil de phase. Connectez celui-ci à la borne caractérisée par un
"L". Le fil bleu doit être connecté à la borne marquée d'un "N".

 Les charges de transformateur indiquées ne doivent pas être dépassées.
 Ce transformateur dispose d'une protection interne contre les tensions normales de pointe et de

perturbation. Evitez de connecter le transformateur à des réseaux possédant des hauts courants
d'induction ou bien des fortes tensions de pointe à répétition.

 Le transformateur doit être monté si possible à proximité des luminaires/panneaux. Une distance d'au

moins 30cm doit être respectée. Une aération suffisante de la zone de montage est nécessaire en
raison de la chaleur propre dégagée par le transformateur.

 Veuillez faire attention à la température ambiante et de boîtier du transformateur.
 Les lignes de sortie doivent être séparées et tenues à distance des autres lignes lors de la pose. Les

lignes de connexion au réseau et les lignes de lampes ne doivent pas se croiser.

 Ne pas plier les câbles ; veillez à ce que les câbles et prises ne soient pas soumis à des forces de

traction et de torsion. Protégez tous les câbles et les isolations de détériorations éventuelles.

 Vérifiez encore une fois la connexion.
 Réactivez l'automate de fusibles de l'installation électrique domestique.

6. Dysfonctionnements

Le transformateur ne s'allume pas

 Le fusible est-il remis en place après le montage ?
 Le transformateur est-il correctement monté et branché ?
 Contrôle des lignes branchées

Les transformateurs peuvent produire un léger bruit de ronflement lors de leur fonctionnement.

8. Entretien

 Mettez tout d'abord la totalité du produit hors tension et laissez-le refroidir avant d'entreprendre toute

mesure de nettoyage ou d'entretien.

 Utilisez pour le nettoyage un linge sec ou légèrement humide.
 Ne jamais utiliser de produits chimiques ou abrasifs.

9. Elimination
