Screen Mesh Doors

These doors have been tested for use with the Carolina Outdoor Gas Fireplace. Check with your local building code
agency before you begin installation to ensure compliance with local codes, including the need for permits and follow-up

CAUTION! Risk of Cuts, Abrasions or Flying Debris.

Wear protective gloves and safety glasses during installa­tion. Sheet metal edges are sharp.

1. Remove left and right screen assemblies, lay aside or
discard.



• Keep children away

• CAREFULLY SUPERVISE children in same area as

replace.

• Alert childre n and adul t s t o haz a r d s of h i g h
temperatures.

High temperatures may ignite clothing or other

ammable materials.

• Ke e p clothing, furniture, drap e r i e s and ot h e r
combustibles away.

2. Remove hole plugs and discard.

3. Push one door pin into the hole on the bottom left
side.

4. Remove the two screws in the top of left door.

6. Insert door pin into hole of hinge pin provided in fastener

pack and put into hole in upper left rebox top. Push pin
up into hole to allow pin to t on top of door.



Note: The top hinges will mount to the door the same way
as bottom hinges are mounted.

5. Place the hinge on the bottom of left door over the pin
and align hole in hinge to top of pin.

7. Align slot in hinge to the holes in top of door and fasten
with the two screws removed in step 4. Repeat for right
door.
