DISPOSAL

Health o meter® Professional medical devices to be in
compliance with stringent ISO requirements. The Pelstar, LLC
quality assurance system covers the development,
production, sales and service of medical scales and
measuring systems.

Intended Use

The PELSTARONE-P Wireless Thermal Printer is to be used with select Health o meter® Professional
digital scales. Via a wireless connection, the scale can transmit weight, height and BMI data to the
printer.

This section presents important information intended to ensure safety and
effective use of the printer. Please read carefully.

 Be sure to use the specified battery and power source provided by Health o meter Professional

Scales. Connection to an improper power source may cause fire, explosion or damage to the
printer.

 Do not put the battery into fire or water.
 Do not disassemble or modify the battery as this may result in fire or injury.
 If the printer will not be used for some time, be sure to take out the battery to prevent corrosion. If

improper operation causes battery leak and liquid leaks onto clothes or skin, wash with water
immediately. If spattered in the eyes, please rinse them with water thoroughly and see a doctor.

 Do not open the paper room cover when it is printing or immediately after printing is complete. Do

not touch the print head with hand or body as it will be hot immediately after printing.

 Do not store the printer in hot and humid conditions.
 If the battery has not been used for several months, it is possible that the battery will not recharge.
 The printer’s battery charger is to be connected to a stable power supply of 110-220 volts.
 Do not put the printer near water. If water comes in contact with the printer, turn off the power

immediately.

 Ensure that a thermal printer roll is always inserted in the printer to avoid damaging the printing

roller and the printer head.

 Use only with the battery charger provided with this printer.
 To ensure print quality and longevity of your printer, please use only good quality thermal paper

rolls.

This Health o meter® Professional product must be disposed properly. Follow the national,
regional or local regulations which apply to you for disposal of domestic waste.
