TOAST KING

Models TK-72, TK-100, TK-135B, TK-155B

The Hatco Toast King conveyorized toaster
combines fast heat-up, uniform toasting, and
dependable performance to handle peak
serving periods. Toast King model TK-72 has
a two basket access while the TK-100, -135B,

-155B models features three basket access for
fast loading and a vented top to keep heat
away from the operator.

Hatco toasters utilizes conveyor speed, not
temperature to determine toasting color.
This method allows for instant adjustment
of toasting time to match the bread product
being toasted.

FLEXIBILITY
ModelsTK-72 and TK-100 are bread

or bun toasters that feature instant color
control on every toasted product – even
frozen waffles and French toast. Toast King
toasts buns up to 5.5" (140 mm) wide and
“TexasToast”up to 1.25" (32 mm) thick.

720 (TK-72) and 1000 (TK-100) slicesper hour
toasting capacity on highest setting.

Model TK-135B is perfect for high-speed

bun-only operations. Buns come out tender,
uncrushed, and toasted to a crisp golden
brown. Heats the entire bun, while toasting
only the cut side. 1350 slices per hour toasting

capacity on highest setting.

Model TK-155B is specially developed for
toasting the three-part hamburger bun.
Exclusive heat zones allow it to toast both
sides of the center part of a three-part bun
and only the cut side of the top and bottom
portion – all in one operation. 1550 slices per

hour toasting capacity on highest setting.

QUALITY

The following features assure the finest

• Select the degree of golden brown color
desired and Hatco’s color sensing system
holds it automatically, slice after slice.

• All Toast King models include a heated
storage area designed to maintain
temperatures and prevent condensation.

• Multiple heating elements assure
continuous toasting and are guaranteed
against burnout and breakage for two years.

• Designed to maximize operating efficiency
and lower costs, Toast King is fully insulated.
The fiberglass heat barrier reflects heat back
into the toasting area.

• Toast King features a power-saving
thermostat for energy savings during
non-peak times.

• Each Toast King model features
a speed control, manual advance, and
a 4' (1219 mm) cord with plug.

mounted control panel with a toast selector knob, variable speed control
knob, and a toast collector pan.

The toaster will have multiple metal sheathed heating elements and an
impedance protected motor. It shall be complete with factory attached
UL listed 4' (1219 mm) cord and plug.
