Read all instructions before using this product!
1. Keep work area clean. Cluttered areas invite injuries.
2. Observe work area conditions. Do not use this product in damp or wet locations. Don’t expose to rain. Keep work area well lighted.
3. Store idle equipment. When not in use, products must be stored in a dry location to inhibit rust.
4. Check for damaged parts. Before using any product, any part that appears damaged should be carefully checked to determine that it will operate properly and perform its intended function. Check for any broken or damaged parts and any other conditions that may affect its operation. Replace or repair damaged or worn par ts immediately.
5. Replacement parts and accessories. When servicing, use only identical replacement parts. Use of any other parts will void the warranty.
6. Use eye protection. Always wear ANSI approved impact safety goggles when assembling this product.
7. Always check hardware and assembled parts after assembling. Use in an area that is flat and level. All connections should be tight and hardware tightened.
8. All assembly should be done by an adult.
9. The Toy Rocker should be played with in the presence of an adult. The Toy Rocker is for
indoor use. Use on a padded surface, like a carpet.
10. This product contains small parts and therefore represents a choking hazard.

Assembly
Your Toy Rocker will require complete assembly prior to use. It is important that you read the entire manual to become familiar with the product BEFORE you use the Toy Rocker. Before assembling the Toy Rocker be sure that you have all parts described in the Parts List and Assemby Diagram located on the last page of this manual.
Step 1) Attach the two (2) Rocker Slats (#1) together with Cross Piece (#2). Place Rocker
Slats (#1) parallel to each other and set Cross Pieces (#2) down in-between them at each end. Insert 2 Hex Bolts (A) into the holes at each end of the Rocker Slats and into holes in Cross Piece (#2). Insert Nut (B) down into Cross Piece (#2). Turn the Nut (B) clockwise which will pull in Hex Bolt (A) and tighten the Rockers Slats (#1) to the Cross Pieces (#2)-refer to Figure 1.

Step 2) Next, attach the Rocker Slats (#1) and Cross Pieces (#2) to the Body (#4). Insert the
Connecting Plate (#3) so that the dowel on the Connecting Plate (#3) goes into the middle hole on the Cross Piece and up into the Body (#4)-see Figure 2.

Step 3) Secure the Connecting Plate (#3) to the assembly by inserting the two-sided Bolt (E)
through Body (#4), Connecting Plate (#3) and out other side of Body (#4). On each end of Two-Sided Bolt (E), slide on Big Washer (J), Spring Washer (K) and tighten on Nut (I).
Step 4) Fully secure the Connecting Plate (#3) to each Cross Piece (#2) by inserting the
two (2) Hex Bolts (D) down into the Cross Piece. Slide on Medium Spring Washer (L), Washer (G) and tighten on Nylon Nut (H).
Step 5) Insert two (2) Hex Bolts (C) down through the Seat Bottom (#5). Step 6) Insert the Handlebar (#6) through the top holes in the forks. Slide one Washer (M)
onto each Screw (F) and thread into the hole in front of fork and into the Handlebar (#6) to secure in place-see Figure 3.

Step 6) If decals are not attached, apply decals as shown on manual cover. Peel off decal
from paper and attach to Toy Rocker.

UNPACK AND CHECK CONTENTS
When unpacking your Harley 30” Toy Rocker, check to mak e sure the following parts are included. If any parts are missing or broken, please call HARBOR FREIGHT TOOLS at 1-800-444-3353.
